PITTSBURGH CLO'S NEW HOLIDAY GIVING GUIDE

Pittsburgh, PA ∙ December 11, 2020 – Pittsburgh CLO is putting some musical theater joy into the world in a new way this year with their Holiday Giving Guide!

"2020 has been a challenging year for Pittsburgh CLO and all the performing organizations in our city forced to cancel performances because of the pandemic," said Mark Fleischer, Executive Producer. "The vocal support of patrons yearning for live musical theater has kept the CLO board and staff focused on the future. The Holiday Giving Guide is but one way we are striving to keep providing our dedicated patrons some musical theater enjoyment this holiday season as we all hope for a brighter 2021."

Not only do TheaterGrams spread cheer to their recipients, they give our Pittsburgh CLO artists a chance to share their talents directly with fans.

Since 1946, Pittsburgh CLO has been the driving force behind live musical theater in Pittsburgh and the entire Southwestern region. Under the direction of Van Kaplan since 1997, this not-for-profit arts organization appreciates the support of nearly 200,000 patrons yearly who attend its performances at three venues in the Cultural District: a seasonal subscription series at the , A Musical Christmas Carol at the and year-round shows at the CLO Cabaret. Its dedication to the musical theater art form includes educational programs such as the CLO Academy for Performance and Art, the Gene Kelly Awards, the Richard Rodgers Award and The National High School Theatre Awards. As part of its new works development, the organization has been involved with 27 Broadway shows (31 Tony Awards®), and in 2014 produced the world premiere of An American in Paris, on Broadway (4 Tony Awards®) and in London’s West End.
