NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION.

Sealed tenders/quotations are hereby invited by the undersigned from the bonafide, experienced Suppliers/Authorize dealers for supply of the materials/stationery articles mentioned hereunder. Suppliers/authorize dealers are hereby requested to offer their rate item wise in his own respective letter pad both figures and words along with certificate of dealership issued by the manufacturer and a credential of similar types of supply works (in form of payment certificate) in sealed envelope and the same to be submitted to this office on and before 13.11.2011 by 12.00 noon and will be opened on the same day i.e. 13.11.2020 at 12.30 P.M. in the chamber of the undersigned. No Tender Paper will be issued from this end.

Terms and Conditions.

1. The rate should be offered item wise both in figure as well as words mentioning the brand name, model no with details specification. 2. The rate should be inclusive of all charges, such as, sale tax, vat charges, royalty, toll charge, carriage etc. along with one/three years warrantee all complete. 3. All the materials/stationery articles will have to supplied according to the specification within 7 (seven) days from the date of issue of supply order. 4. GST/IT/ST/vat/Cess at the prescribed rate will be deducted from the bill. 5. Any below quality of materials/stationery articles, rejected by the undersigned will have to be removed by the Suppliers at his own cost and for this purpose no bill will be entertained by the undersigned. 6. Acceptance of the lowest tender is not obligatory and the undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotation without assigning any reason what so ever and also reserves the right to split up the supply work to more than one supplier in the interest of college.
