The two beautiful 18-holes championship courses and the 9- holes, par 3 course are constructed under Tom McAuley en Bruno Steensels. From the Clubhouse on the first floor you have a great view over a large part of the course! Hampshire Golfhotel - Waterland lies in the midst of the North Holland landscape, famous for its waterways. You will be delighted by rediscovering the authentic Netherlands in the "Zaanse Schans". Picturesque villages as Edam, Volendam, Broek in Waterland and Hoorn are all close by. This location makes the hotel a unique starting point for day trips, cycling expeditions and enjoyable excursions. Hampshire Golfhotel - Waterland is excellently accessible by car and public transport, only 20 minutes away from Amsterdam and 30 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Travel information The Hampshire Golf hotel - Waterland is easy to reach by car: From Amsterdam (Coentunnel) follow the A8 in the direction of Zaandam. Then take exit "Purmerend/Hoorn/Leeuwarden", which will get you on the A7. Stay in that lane and take exit "Purmerend Noord", where you will leave the A7. Turn right, you are now on the N244 (Purmerend Noord/Volendam). At the lights of the 3rd crossing turn right (De Baanstee). Go left on the second road, and go right on the second road which is the "Westerweg". You will find Hampshire Golfhotel - Waterland after 1400m at the left hand side. 2012 Starting List: Will be placed on the notice board in the clubhouse / hotel the day before each round, including the practice round. Modus of play: The tournament will be played over 36 holes (2 days) with one practice day in separate handicap categories (Men and Woman), based on EGA exact handicap. If there are too few players in a group, A and B groups or C and D groups can be combined. INLEIDING EN OPGAVE 1.1 Inleiding Op 17 februari 2003 heeft u het streekplan Noord‐Holland Zuid vastgesteld. Voor de uitvoering van essentiële ruimtelijke doelen van het streekplan hebben wij dd. 16 december 2003 de projectennota Noord‐Holland Zuid ‘Ruimte voor nu en morgen’ vastgesteld. In deze projectennota zijn negen sleutelprojecten aangewezen. Het project woningbouw in Waterland is één van deze projecten. 1.2 De opgave Voor de woningbouwopgave in de regio Waterland tot 2020 is het streekplan Noord‐Holland Zuid verder uitgewerkt. Het gaat om de bouw van maximaal 6000 woningen, gebaseerd op migratiesaldo 0. Het streven is om 3000 woningen te realiseren via ICT (= intensiveren, combineren en transformeren) in bestaand stedelijk gebied en daarnaast 3000 woningen via uitleglocaties te bouwen. De Zuidpolder (gemeente Edam‐Volendam) is is in het streekplan Noord‐Holland Zuid al aangewezen als uitleglocatie (circa 1050 woningen). De resterende 1950 woningen mogen worden gebouwd op locaties buiten de rode contouren, verspreid over de regio. Voor de keuze van deze locaties is het uitgangspunt in het streekplan: behoud en versterking van de ruimtelijke kwaliteit van de regio. Daarbij moet rekening worden gehouden met de grote landschappelijke, ecologische en cultuurhistorische waarden in het gebied en compenserende en mitigerende maatregelen voor de natuur.
