BurgGolf Purmerend is situated on the bottom of the reclaimed lake, “ De Purmer ” between the historical cities Edam, Monnickendam, Volendam, Ilpendam en Purmerend. The complex has a 45-holes golf course, extending practice area’s and a tasteful decorated clubhouse , hotel, restaurant and congress centre. The two beautiful 18-holes championship courses and the 9- holes, par 3 course are constructed under Tom McAuley en Bruno Steensels. From the Clubhouse on the first floor you have a great view over a large part of the course!
Hampshire Golfhotel - Waterland lies in the midst of the North Holland landscape, famous for its waterways. You will be delighted by rediscovering the authentic Netherlands in the "Zaanse Schans".

Accommodation You will quickly feel at home in one of our 100 spacious and tastefully decorated and fully equipped rooms with a comfortable sitting area and a view on the golf course. There are bars and restaurants and it is possible to order room service. Plenty of parking space available.
Rooms All the rooms have a bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilet and hair dryer. There are also TV, radio, and a telephone with a direct line out. There are non-smoking rooms available.
Travel information
The Hampshire Golf hotel - Waterland is easy to reach by car:
From Amsterdam (Coentunnel) follow the A8 in the direction of Zaandam. Then take exit "Purmerend/Hoorn/Leeuwarden", which will get you on the A7. Stay in that lane and take exit "Purmerend Noord", where you will leave the A7. Turn right, you are now on the N244 (Purmerend Noord/Volendam). At the lights of the 3rd crossing turn right (De Baanstee). Go left on the second road, and go right on the second road which is the "Westerweg". You will find Hampshire Golfhotel - Waterland after 1400m at the left hand side.
Starting List: Will be placed on the notice board in the clubhouse / hotel the day before each round, including the practice round.
Modus of play: The tournament will be played over 36 holes (2 days) with one practice day in separate handicap categories (Men and Woman), based on EGA exact handicap.
If there are too few players in a group, A and B groups or C and D groups can be combined.
The competitions will be played according to the Rules of Golf by the R&A and the Modifications of the Rules of Golf for Golfers with Disabilities.
