Supporter You Should Know: Dr. Constance Black “I can’t recall exactly when I became affiliated with C.A.R.E.,” says Dr. Constance Black, founder of Black Chiropractic Office & Family Wellness Center in Evanston. “Then, at some point I became especially aware of the plight of animals and also had heard about the great work that C.A.R.E. did.
