Supporter You Should Know: Dr. Constance Black “I can’t recall exactly when I became affiliated with C.A.R.E.,” says Dr. Constance Black, founder of Black Chiropractic Office & Family Wellness Center in Evanston. “Then, at some point I became especially aware of the plight of animals and also had heard about the great work that C.A.R.E. did. I decided that I wanted to help.” Dr. Black had purchased a colorful Wheel of Fortune thinking it might be useful for office promotion. “When I learned about the C.A.R.E. Faire, I thought people would probably enjoy donating and winning at the same time,’” she says. Since then, Dr. Black has participated in at least four C.A.R.E.
