The Sound of Music
Research indicates that children who are exposed to music at a young age later learn math and science concepts more easily. Music, the thinking goes, also helps develop listening skills, teaches concentration, and has a calming effect on babies (not to mention parents). Plus, music gets toes tapping, hands clapping and bodies moving…a perfect way for grown-ups and children to relax, wiggle and giggle together!
