Hi Pamela, What a complete blessing Jason provided today. My mother was not very alert today and tired. When I wheeled her around the corner at the same time Jason started playing, she lit up and starting clapping and smiling. He played excellently and showed my family empathy, respect and kindness. His knowledge of the history, clans, songs of Scotland was awesome. We cannot thank you enough for following though. True respect to Jason taking the time to do this. Our family will not forget this. I am highlighting the drink and offering ideas for food pairings Atholl Brose has a long, colorful past...including the quelling of a rebellion...stretching back to 1475.
