  • Futurama Result 2
Principals Desk “The future belongs to young people with an education and the imagination to create.” — Barack Obama When it seems that everything has been invented and now there is no scope to push the envelope, a young kid stands up and throws the most out-of-the-box idea and astonishes the world! The world truly belongs to the youth and they can solve any and every problem; be it global warming or poverty or inequality or racism. I was gobsmacked by the level of Creativity and innovative mindset that young participants showed in all the events under FUTURAMA 2020. It was an enriching experience for me to see how kids explained and understood concepts in so many different ways and showcased their viewpoint with such intellect and maturity! I clearly see hope in our youth and the potential that they have! They all are UNCONVENTIONAL and KEEN TO LEARN & EXPERIMENT. I congratulate each and every participant of FUTURAMA 2020. You all were excellent in your creation and performance! Kudos to all the schools and their principals & teachers who allowed their students to participate in the different events under FUTURAMA 2020 and helped them in different capacities. My special thanks to Chairman Sir SHRI. K.C GUPTA for his constant support. I am grateful to entire management for allowing me to use my discretion and getting better at my work. Congratulations to the entire family of HIMALAYA PUBLIC SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL, ROHINI! Your sincerity, dedication & passion always takes the school to new and greater heights! I always say and will repeat that “I work with the best people and I feel blessed for that!” Thank you all for making FUTURAMA 2020 a great success.

This is by no means the first occasion when there has been national recognition of the role and work of teachers. Every important Commissioni1 on Education since Independence has emphasized their vital role in national development and the urgent need for according them proper status and improved working conditions in order to enable them to reach higher levels of performance and effectiveness. Apart from restressing the crucial nature of the teacher's role in education and development, the appointment of the present two Commissions also serves to underline the essential similarity of educational and teacher-related issues, and the inter-dependence of education at the school and university levels.
