Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Newham, under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 42 of the Road Traffic Act 1991, by this notice of variation, hereby varies the above mentioned Orders (as amended) so that the charges specified therein and which apply to the parking places on the highway designated by those Orders, are now revised and superseded by the following new parking charges specified in the Schedule to this Notice. The provisions of this Notice will come into effect on Monday 1 November 2010.

NOTE: There are Controlled Parking Zones in Monega, Prince Regent (extension), East Ham (extension), Market Street, Stratford North West (extension) which were introduced in 2010 using experimental traffic orders. The charges in these zones will also be increasing to the same levels as those in the Schedule below. However, these increases will be made through a separate order process and will be advertised in the near future. The increased charges in these zones will come into effect on 1 November 2010.

A permit holder who surrenders a permit to the Council is entitled to a refund according to the number of months which remain unexpired on the permit as follows:
