Officer Paul O’Neill grew up in Caldwell and attended James Caldwell High School. He continued his education at Caldwell College where he received an Associate’s Degree in North Caldwell Criminal Justice. Officer O’Neill’s father was a Fairfield Police Officer. have a booking agent helping those bands set up shows or other opportunities to increase their exposure. My first experience was booking concerts was for a group of close friends from Fairfield who played with a band called Hollywood Ave. It was then that I started learning the ropes of booking tours. I decided to form the Soroka Agency because I started working with and repre- senting more bands while getting better at the art of booking concert tours. Today, The Soroka Agency continues to grow.
