Pull into Coles car park on Ferny Avenue southbound (adjacent to Liquorland) or, alternatively from Elkhorn Ave; 2. Take a parking ticket; 3. Park closest to the water fountain in the car park; 4. Take the lift next to the water fountain to level 1 (above Infinity); 5. Walk across the bridge & immediately turn right to the Holiday Holiday Check In Lounge Walking from Cavill Ave Tram Station 1. Walk north from the Tram station and walk past Cavill Mall, Waxys Irish Pub and Turn Lest after the Arabesque Bazar into the Chevron Shopping Centre; 2. You will see Infinity on your left; 3. Take the lift or stairs to level 1 directly opposite Infinity; 4. Exit the lift and walk across the bridge & immediately turn right to the Holiday Holiday Check In Lounge Walking from Skyline Central Tower (Tower 3) main reception of Chevron Renaissance 1. Facing away from the reception doors and directly facing Ferny Avenue main road, turn right (north bound) and walk towards the commercial car park of Coles and Liquorland; 2. Walk past a roller gate car park and towards Coles and Liquorland car park; 3. Turn right into Coles car park and walk past a ticketed boomgate towards a water fountain in the car park; 4. Walk across the bridge & immediately turn right to the Holiday Holiday Check In Lounge From Chevron Shopping Centre/Coles car park to Chevron Renaissance residential car park 1. There is only one exit from Coles car park and that is on to Elkhorn Avenue; 2. Turn left onto Elkhorn Avenue and keep left; 3. At the traffic light, turn left onto Ferny Avenue and keep left until the next traffic light; 4. Turn left and drive past the Coles and Liquorland car park entrance and continue towards Mantra Towers of Chevron Main Reception; 5. Turn left after reception and take the ramp up the driveway (Image of the ramp entrance below); 6. Turn left at the water fountain above the ramp; 7. Follow GUEST PARKING signs and you will see a roller gate on your left, tap your black access fob on the red light at the car parking access panel and the roller gate will open; 8. Drive up the ramp and residential car park spaces are available on levels 2, 3 and 4; 9. Park at any available spot; 10. Follow the pillar colours to find the lift entrance to your tower as follow: • Skyline Tower 1 - blue pillars; • Skyline North Tower 2 - yellow pillars; • Skyline Central Tower 3 - red pillars. Directions to Circle on Cavill Car Park From Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre/Coles car park to Circle on Cavill residential car park 1. There is only one exit from Coles car park and that is on to Elkhorn Ave; 2. At the Traffic light, turn left onto Ferny Avenue and keep left; 3. Drive past the Chevron Renaissance Resort; 4. Pull sharp left onto the driveway where it says Mantra Circle on Cavill car parking - these signs are in blue; 5. Look for the Residential car park pillar in bright orange on your right; 6. At the car park access panel, swipe your black access fob on the red light and the car park roller gate and boom gate will open - please note oncoming vehicles (only one vehicle is allowed past the boomgate); 7. Drive down the ramp and residential car park spaces are available on basement levels: • P2 – Green – Bays 1 - 148; • P3 – Yellow – Bays 149 - 435; • P4 – Red – Bays 436 - 790. 8. Park on your allocated space and display your permit on your dashboard at all times; 9. If an unauthorised car is parked on your spot, please park anywhere and advise us of the parking issue during the next business hours. 10. Look for the lift to your apartment Tower: • South Tower - all rooms start with the number 1; • North Tower - all rooms start with the number 2 SURFERS PARADISE CHEVRONBOULEVARD RENAISSANCE CIRCLE ON CAVILL SHOPPING CENTRE HOLIDAY HOLIDAY OFFICE X CAVILL AVENUE CHEVRON RENAISSANCE CIRCLE ON CAVILL Elkhorn Ave. Elkhorn TOWERS TOWER 2 TOWER 1 SOUTH TOWER NORTH TOWER TO COLES FERNY AVENUE / GOLD COAST HIGHWAY Directions to H Residences Car Park From Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre/Coles car park to H Residences - Boulevard / Orchid Towers residential car park 1. There is only one exit from Coles car park and that is on to Elkhorn Avenue; 2. Turn left onto Elkhorn Avenue and keep left; 3. At the traffic light, turn left onto Ferny Avenue and keep left; 4. Drive past the Chevron Renaissance Resort, Circle on Cavill and then left on to Cavill Avenue; 5. Drive past a set of traffic light and turn left at the end of the one way road to Orchid Avenue; 6. Now look for the Hilton Surfers Paradise Residential parking signage on your left (image below); 7. At the car park access panel, swipe your black access fob on the red light and the car park roller gate and boom gate will open; 8. Drive down the ramp and past a second boom gate to enter the residential car park; 9. Your apartment is located either in the Boulevard or the Orchid Tower: • Boulevard Tower: all rooms start with the number 1; • Orchid Tower: all rooms start with the number 2. 10. Park in any spot except those marked with "Reserved" sign. Directions to Soul Apartments Residential Car Park From Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre/Coles car park to Soul Surfers Paradise residential car park 1. There is only one exit from Coles car park and that is on to Elkhorn Avenue; 2. Turn right onto Elkhorn Avenue and drive east towards the beach; 3. Drive past Orchid Ave. and turn right onto Esplanade; 4. Turn left at the traffic light onto Beach Road; 5. Drive past traffic lights to Hanlan Street and turn left at the roundabout on to The Esplanade; 6. Drive past Zenith and look for the Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise Residential parking signage on your right; 7. Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout; 8. At the car park access panel, swipe your black access fob on the red light and the car park and boom gate will open; 9. Drive down the ramp and past a second boom gate to the residential car park spaces on the basement levels; 10. Park in any spot except for those marked with “Reserved” sign on it. .
