In our work with families and children over the past 58 years, we have learned that lasting impact is rooted in partnerships with parents and their children; within our professional team; with funders, donors, and volunteers; and across our many valued community partners. ANOKA We know that nurturing relationships are fundamental for the healthy development of children and the cornerstone of healthy families and communities. They are also fundamental for successful community partnerships. In close collaboration, we identify needs, we design services, and together, we achieve what would not have been possible without the expertise and resources held within the partnership.

This past year, an additional 440 children accessed services through nearly 40 partnerships across the Twin Cities metro. In this annual report we invite you to learn more about how partnerships HENNEPIN built or expanded in 2018 were key to our accomplishments.
