testing and evaluation of the Enhanced Speed Compliance for Work Zones (ESC4WZ) System that was installed along side of an Interstate 35E work zone near White Bear Lake, MN. The purpose of this project was to deploy, test and evaluate a mobile system that could be used by Minnesota State Patrol (MSP) officers to safely conduct manual on-site speed enforcement in work zones.
