Pedestrian views from the south east will not be an issue as there are plans underway to Forest divert the existing public foorpaths and relocate them to the north of the site. Whitehills Cottage Macclesfield Condition 9: Spoil Disposal Details It is proposed to dispose of any spoil arising from 407.60 Whitehills Farm Bungalow excavation works to the north of the site, where there is an existing dip in the land. The existing top soil will be removed and the marked area infilled with spoil. The topsoil will then be 407.19 re-instated over to create a gentle gradient 405.81 without any mounds.
