Compensation & Benefits At TTI TTI is proud to offer an outstanding package that includes: SALARY—Each employee receives competitive annual cash compensation. Performance is reviewed annually and based on your results, a merit increase is granted. MEDICAL INSURANCE—The TTI Medical Plan offers two Plan options with different annual deductibles—either $500 or $1000. Both options cover most wellness and preventive services in full. They also both reimburse most other services in-network at 80% and include prescription drug coverage with affordable copays. Employees contribute a small portion of the cost of the medical insurance thru payroll deductions with TTI paying the vast majority of the premium cost. Employees can enroll dependents including legal spouses (same and opposite sex), children, and domestic partners (same and opposite sex). Coverage is available on date of hire. 401(K)—The TTI Retirement Savings Plan provides an opportunity to save for retirement thru pre-tax payroll contributions. For the first 8% of pay saved, TTI matches contributions at 50%. The Plan is administered by Transamerica and offers a wide array of investment options, primarily from Vanguard. Employees are automatically enrolled and the employer match is always 100% vested. Participation is available on date of hire. WELLNESS—TTI strongly supports the health and wellness of employees and family members. Depending on where you work, support may include on-site fitness facilities and classes, health promotion activities and contests, lower Medical Plan contributions for non-smokers and non-tobacco users, and support for smoking and tobacco cessation. PAID HOLIDAYS—TTI grants all employees time off with pay for most major holidays. VACATION—The TTI Vacation Policy grants all employees between 10 and 20 days of paid vacation each calendar year, based on length of service. OTHER BENEFITS—TTI also provides the following additional benefits. l Dental Insurance—Comprehensive benefits including two paid in full checkups per year. TTI pays the majority of the premium. Coverage is available on date of hire. l Vision Insurance—Pays for eye exams, glasses and contacts.
