The site is located along Seven Stiles Avenue, between the existing Matalan and Peugeot dealership. The proposed layout reflects the consented planning application 01/0915/F approved on 5 March 2002.
The building consists of two retail units, each one Peugeot providing 20,000 sqf of retail space. Customer and service access are kept separate for operational reasons.
