Singh Vytas Pelegrimas, Pe Civil Engineer SINGH VYTAS PELEGRIMAS, PE CIVIL ENGINEER Mr. Pelegrimas has practiced civil I290 Phase I Study – Illinois Department of Transportation engineering in the public and Civil Engineer providing interchange design studies for 7 interchanges. He is also preparing private sectors since 2001. He interchange design studies for 21 signalized intersections and is investigating existing cross also worked during summers road conditions. He is responsible for accident analysis, traffic maintenance and traffic while pursuing his degree in civil studies. The existing lighting and proposed lighting warrants were analyzed to ensure the design met national standards and the client Education expectations. Underpass lighting was attached to the new CPRR Bridge over Irving Park BS, Civil Engineering, University Rd to enhance motorist safety. The signalized intersection at Irving Park Rd and York Rd of Illinois, Chicago, 2001 was redesigned to greatly improve traffic flow and included an interconnected traffic signal system. Construction Cost $40M BS, Civil Engineering, VT University, Lithuania, 1997 US 30 at EJ&E / CN Railroad, Lynwood, IL for IDOT Design Engineer responsible for Crash Analysis. The analysis includes a summary of the Pavement Design Course, IDOT, crash data on US Route 30, an evaluation of areas where crashes occurred and 2005 identification of safety problems that exist. The crash analysis conducted for this project included a 0.74 mile segment (M.P. 152.07 to M.P. 152.81) of Route 30 from south of the Professional Certifications, Lansing Ditch to the Illinois State line. Construction Cost $50M Accreditation, Special Phase I Studies, Various Locations for IDOT Licensing Civil Engineer responsible for Crash and HCS Analysis for 3 intersections. The Crash PE – Illinois/062-062214 analysis includes a summary of the crash data and identification of safety problems that (2009) exist at the intersections. HCS analysis includes investigation of intersection operations PE – Wisconsin/41217-6 (2010) reflective of different design alternatives and traffic volumes. Years of Industry IL 72 at Beverly Road & Rock Road Phase I, Cook County for IDOT Experience Civil Engineer responsible for preparation of Intersection Design Study, Location Drainage Study, HCA Analysis, contract plans and estimates. Project consists of the addition of a 10 years second turn lane for WB IL Route 72, which requires adjustment to traffic signal phasing, roadway widening and median modifications to accommodate dual left turns. Arsenal Road Interchange at Interstate 55 Mr. Pelegrimas is providing design support for the drainage systems which includes ditches, several box culverts, storm sewers, detention ponds, underdrain systems, and ripraps according to Illinois Department of Transportation standards as well as Will County Highway Department design standards. The scope requires the removal and relocation of the Arsenal Road Interchange 1 mile south with a new geometric configuration. Construction cost $44M I-294 M.P. 44.50 (Dempster Street) to M.P. 49.00 (Willow Road) for ISTHA Civil Engineer responsible for preparing the contract plans, estimates and specifications for SINGH VYTAS PELEGRIMAS, PE CIVIL ENGINEER drainage, pavement markings and signs for this section of the Tollway. The project includes reconstruction and widening of the pavements from three lanes to four lanes, ramps, shoulders, new drainage structures, modification of existing drainage system including detention facilities. Construction cost $100M ORT Design for Plazas 1, 5 & 7 for ISTHA Civil Engineer responsible for the drainage design and preparation of drainage plans, erosion control plans, estimates and specifications. Construction cost $50M North South Tollway (I-355) for ISTHA Civil Engineer responsible for the drainage design and preparation of drainage plans, erosion control plans, estimates and specifications. Construction cost $50M US-20 Rohlwing Road to Addison Street, DuPage County, IL for IDOT Civil Engineer responsible for the drainage design and preparation of drainage plans, erosion control plans, estimates and specifications, and surveys. The project consists of reconstruction of US Route 20, new drainage system and traffic signal modernization. Construction cost $20M IL 53, Army Trail Road to Elgin O’Hare, DuPage County, IL for IDOT Civil Engineer responsible for preparation of the Location Drainage Study and hydraulic analysis. Project consists of widening and reconstructing roadway pavement from two lanes to five lanes, bridge construction and culvert extensions with a closed storm sewer system. Construction cost $20M Prairie Parkway, IL for IDOT Civil Engineer responsible for coordinating and collecting traffic data. The data was collected manually and with machines. Mr. Pelegrimas also conducted delay and timing runs. Project cost $500M Lake Cook Road, Cook County, IL for CCHD Civil Engineer responsible for the drainage design and preparation of drainage plans, erosion control plans, estimates and specifications, and surveys. The project consists of widening the roadway from two to three lanes. In-line detention storage and auxiliary sewers are proposed. The scope will also incorporate new culvert design. Construction cost $4M IL 53/I-290, Higgins Road to Devon Avenue, IL for IDOT Civil engineer responsible for pavement marking and signing plans. Project consists of expressway reconstruction. Construction cost $ 30M Iowa 100, Linn County, for Iowa DOT Civil Engineer responsible for the drainage design and preparation of drainage plans, erosion control plans, estimates and specifications, and surveys. The project consists of extending the existing highway and constructing a new highway in Linn County. Mr. Pelegrimas is preparing the hydraulic and hydrologic design and TS&L plans for 3 new culverts under the Iowa 100 highway extension. The first 10.0’x6.0’ RCB culvert is located in the E Avenue interchange area. The existing drainage swale will be rerouted to follow the ditches on the east side of the E Avenue interchange ramps. The second 8.0’x6.0’ RCB culvert is a mainline Iowa 100 cross drainage structure. The third triple 12.0’x6.0’ RCB culvert will be located at Ushers Ferry Creek’s crossing of the mainline. Construction cost $40M I-290 from 12/20/45 to IL 50, for IDOT SINGH VYTAS PELEGRIMAS, PE CIVIL ENGINEER Civil Engineer responsible for civil engineering portions of the project. The project consists of reconstruction of the expressway facility within the limits of the project to provide an additional (fourth) lane in each direction as a high occupancy vehicle lane (HOV). This includes numerous interchanges to be reconstructed, as well as railroad bridges and retaining walls. The proposed project it to be based on an HOV feasibility study that was prepared for the corridor in 1998 and is compatible with the Phase I study for Interstate 290 to the west that was completed in January 2000. The work includes alternate geometric studies, interchange and intersection design studies, bridge studies, combined design report, accident analysis, location design study and other studies as required. Mr. Pelegrimas coordinated and analyzed the collection of traffic data. The data was collected manually and with machines; and he conducted delay and timing runs. Project cost $500M Des Plaines Game Farm, Will County, IL for CDB Civil Engineer responsible for all civil engineering portions of the project. The project consisted of constructing a new office building and rehabilitating a shop building. The work also included new parking lots, access roads, new septic system and septic field. Construction cost $2M Central Avenue, 147th Street to 155th Street for Cook County Civil Engineer responsible for the preparation of plans, estimates, specifications, Drainage Study and design of the closed storm sewer system. Project consists of widening and reconstruction of the roadway pavement from two lanes to three lanes. Construction cost $3M .

    CITY OF CHICAGO REQUIREMENTS FOR SCOOTER SHARING EMERGING BUSINESS PERMIT PILOT PROGRAM I. Definitions. For purposes of this scooter sharing emerging business permit application document, the following definitions shall apply: “Business operations window” means the time period(s) within the term of the scooter sharing EBP in which vendors are allowed to conduct business operations, i.e., offering scooter rental services in accordance with the terms of the scooter sharing EBP. “City” means the City of Chicago. “Code” means the Municipal Code of Chicago. “Commissioner” means the City’s Commissioner of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection. “Pilot Area” means the geographic area in which a vendor’s scooters may be rented from and end a trip, subject to the terms of the pilot program, and all generally applicable parking rules and restrictions.
