Register Early $565 Per Couple Conference Speakers Mark and Katharyn Richt Mark Richt currently serves as a studio analyst for the newly launched ACC Network. Prior to his time with ACC Network/ESPN, Richt served as head football coach at the University of Miami and the University of Georgia. Richt was named the University of Miami’s 24th head football coach on Dec. 4, 2015. His hiring provided immediate dividends as the Hurricanes posted a 9-4 record in his first season in Coral Gables. Miami then defeated West Virginia, 31-14, in the Russell Athletic Bowl for the program’s first bowl victory in 10 years. The Hurricanes were ranked No. 20 in the final Associated Press poll and No. 23 in the final Amway Coaches Poll – the program’s first season-ending rankings since 2009. Miami had 10 players earned ACSMA All-ACC honors in 2016, while quarterback Brad Kaaya became Miami’s all-time passing yards leader. Freshman wide receiver Ahmmon Richards broke the 31-year-old freshman receiving record at Miami originally set by Michael Irvin, while sophomore running back Mark Walton became the 11th 1,000-yard rusher in program history. Six Hurricanes were selected in the 2018 NFL Draft. Nine Hurricanes were selected in the 2017 NFL Draft, the most for Miami since 2006, including first-round pick David Njoku to the Cleveland Browns. Richt has had 99 of his players drafted as a head coach, including 14 first-round picks. Richt, born in Omaha, Neb., and raised in Boca Raton, Fla., returned to his alma mater after leading the University of Georgia football program for 15 years.

  • NFL Draft 2019 Scouting Report: WR D.J. Montgomery, Austin Peay
2019 NFL DRAFT SCOUTING REPORT MARCH 31, 2019 NFL Draft 2019 Scouting Report: WR D.J. Montgomery, Austin Peay *WR grades can and will change as more information comes in from Pro Day workouts, Wonderlic test results leaked, etc. We will update ratings as new info becomes available. *WR-B stands for "Big-WR," a classification we use to separate the more physical, downfield/over-the- top, heavy-red-zone-threat-type WRs. Our WR-S/"Small-WRs" are profiled by our computer more as slot and/or possession-type WRs who are typically less physical and rely more on speed/agility to operate underneath the defense and/or use big speed to get open deep...they are not used as weapons in the red zone as much. As soon as I saw the Pro Day numbers come in, I had to jump in and do a study to see if there was something hot here – D.J. Montgomery reporting in at 6’1+”/201 with a 4.43 40-time, 1.52 10-yard split, a 6.69 three-cone, and 37.5” vertical. Just going by measurables, those are 1st/2nd-round draft pick numbers. After my deeper research, sadly, I had to call off the dogs a bit. Montgomery is still a prospect that should be a very early call after the draft, and I’ll explain why in a moment, but I was hoping to get blown away when I started watching the tape and looking at the numbers – and I wasn’t. Let’s talk about the bad, and then get into the good/promising… Montgomery was a JUCO star who only leveraged that into going to play for FCS Austin Peay.

  • Washington Head Coach Ron Rivera Postgame Quotes – December 13, 2020 San Francisco 49Ers Vs
Washington Head Coach Ron Rivera Postgame Quotes – December 13, 2020 San Francisco 49ers vs. Washington Football Team Do you have any updates on QB Alex Smith? “Yes, what happened was Alex developed some tightness and muscle soreness as he was pushing off that right leg. As we ended the half, they took him in to get x-rays. The x-rays were fine. There was no issue there, but he had the soreness and it was tight. So we decided not to have him go back out there in the second half. We had them there in case of emergency, he stayed on the sideline, stayed loose and tried to loosen it up, but it just stayed tight. He couldn't get it loose. In an abundance of caution, we went with [QB] Dwayne [Haskins Jr.] in the second half.” What can you say about your defense and the performance they had in this game today? “It was pretty exciting. They did a lot of good things. They really stepped up and helped out. I know there's some issues that [Defensive Coordinator] Jack [Del Rio] is not happy with, but Jack's expecting an awful lot from those guys as we all are and those guys rose to the occasion.” Over the last few weeks you’ve talked about how DE Chase Young was staying patient when he was being double-teamed and triple teamed when he was held sackless. For him to have the performance he had after you’ve told him to not get frustrated and to wait for that moment.

  • The Following Players Comprise the College Football Great Teams 2 Card Set
COLLEGE FOOTBALL GREAT TEAMS OF THE PAST 2 SET ROSTER The following players comprise the College Football Great Teams 2 Card Set. The regular starters at each position are listed first and should be used most frequently. Realistic use of the players below will generate statistical results remarkably similar to those from real life. IMPORTANT: When a Red "K" appears in the R-column as the result on any kind of running play from scrimmage or on any return, roll the dice again, refer to the K-column, and use the number there for the result. When a player has a "K" in his R-column, he can never be used for kicking or punting. If the symbol "F-K" or "F-P" appears on a players card, it means that you use the K or P column when he recovers a fumble. Players in bold are starters. If there is a difference between the player's card and the roster sheet, always use the card information. The number in ()s after the player name is the number of cards that the player has in this set. See below for a more detailed explanation of new symbols on the cards. 1971 NEBRASKA 1971 NEBRASKA 1972 USC 1972 USC OFFENSE DEFENSE OFFENSE DEFENSE EB: Woody Cox End: John Adkins EB: Lynn Swann TA End: James Sims Johnny Rodgers (2) TA TB, OA Willie Harper Edesel Garrison Dale Mitchell Frosty Anderson Steve Manstedt John McKay Ed Powell Glen Garson TC John Hyland Dave Boulware (2) PA, KB, KOB Tackle: John Grant Tackle: Carl Johnson Tackle: Bill Janssen Chris Chaney Jeff Winans Daryl White Larry Jacobson Tackle: Steve Riley John Skiles Marvin Crenshaw John Dutton Pete Adams Glenn Byrd Al Austin LB: Jim Branch Cliff Culbreath LB: Richard Wood Guard: Keith Wortman Rich Glover Guard: Mike Ryan Monte Doris Dick Rupert Bob Terrio Allan Graf Charles Anthony Mike Beran Bruce Hauge Allan Gallaher Glen Henderson Bruce Weber Monte Johnson Booker Brown George Follett Center: Doug Dumler Pat Morell Don Morrison Ray Rodriguez John Kinsel John Peterson Mike McGirr Jim Stone ET: Jerry List CB: Jim Anderson TC Center: Dave Brown Tom Bohlinger Brent Longwell PC Joe Blahak Marty Patton CB: Charles Hinton TB.

If we look back in five years and the football community ascertains that Bryan Edwards was the best WR prospect in the 2020 NFL Draft class…I would not be surprised. I WOULD be surprised if it were Jeudy- Jefferson-Higgins-Ruggs-Lamb, but not if it were Bryan Edwards. On the other hand, as a scout, I cannot pound my fist on the desk and tell you he is one of the best with full confidence because Edwards was unable to participate in the NFL Combine due to a broken foot suffered in Combine training in late February. My eyes say that he looks the part, but my eyes can deceive…I’d feel better with ‘facts’, his speed and agility times, etc., but I don’t believe we’ll get them with the COVID-19 issue cancelling Pro Days and pre-Draft workouts.
