Wells finished 15-28 with two touchdowns and an interception. Versus Tuskegee Wells went 18-37 for 217 yards. He also totaled 35 yards on 10 carries. Likely his worst game Wells went 1-3 with two interceptions vs. South Carolina State. • Jaymason Lee came into the contest vs. SCSU after Wells went out with a lower body injury. In his first Division I contest Lee went 13 for 33 for 187 yards. Runningback • Brandon Eldimire carried the ball one time for six yards vs. SCSU. He rushed for 21 yards on 10 carries after starting his first contest of the year. His longest was 12 yards while he averaged 2.1 per carry. Eldimire finished with 10 yards on five carries vs. TU. He has collected 37 yards on 16 carries in three games thus far. • Barrington Scott led the Bulldogs in rushing with 40 yards on 16 carries. Scott collected 77 yards on 16 rushes vs. Tuskegee. The Ball State transfer scored his first TD in the Maroon & White vs. GSU. He longest was 18 yards while he averaged 4.8 a carry. Scott collected 22 yards on 16 carries his most thus far as a Bulldog. He has 139 yards on 48 carries averaging 2.9 per game. Wide Receiver • Montaurius Smith once again led the team with four catches for 68 yards vs. South Carolinas State. He was dou- ble teamed throughout the contest but still managed to catch two passes for 32 yards and a touchdown vs. GSU. The junior led the team with five receptions for 59 yards vs. TU. He currently leads the team with 11 catches for 159 yards and a TD. • In his first complete contest Terrance Pride totaled five catches for 56 yards in the second game of the year. He also has 12 yards rushing on a carry vs. Grambling. • The ball was well distributed by Wells as he hit seven different receivers including Jonathan Dorsey, Bryan Nelson, Brandon Eldimire and O’Darius Williams vs. Grambling. Versus Tuskegee Wells connected with six differ- ent receivers. A season high eight receivers caught a pass vs. South Carolina State. Tight End • Toriono Upshaw made two receptions for 10 yards vs. South Carolina State. He picked up where he left off last year leading the team with five receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown vs. Grambling. Upshaw caught two passes for 30 yards and has seven receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown. Offensive Line • With four new starters on the offensive line the Bulldogs have given up a sack and helped achieve 202 rushing yards and 601 passing yards in A&M’s three games this season. In their worst showing the O-line gave up five sacks and was only able to rush for a -3 rushing yards. vs. South Carolina State.
