In addition to Gandi Corporate Special Conditions and Gandi's General Terms and Conditions for domain name registration, the registration and use of a domain name in the extensions mentioned above imply the acceptance of and compliance to the present special conditions contained herein.

All Your legal information and contracts are presented to You at the time of the subscription to Our Services. Capitalized terms have the definition attributed to them in Our General Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration. Specifically, “You” refers to the owner of the domain name, and “We” designates Gandi.

Description of the service

In the framework of its Gandi Corporate service, Gandi allows You to register Your domain name in the additional extensions mentioned above only available to Our Gandi Corporate customers, via one of Our partners, IP Mirror. The following diagram presents the various parties involved in the providing of this service.

1/21 When You apply to register a domain name in one of the proposed extensions, You acknowledge that You have fully understood, and that You certify to have full knowledge of and that You agree to abide by all the rules and specific conditions of the extension chosen, as defined by the Trustee Authority and/or the Registry concerned.

These contracts are binding between You and the Trustee Authority and/or the Registry. The special conditions contained herein do not replace these rules, but rather form part of them. You acknowledge to have fully understood and accepted these rules.

Under the rules of certain Registries and IP Mirror, You do not acquire property rights of the domain name registered but rather that You are granted user rights of the domain name. Therefore, You are generally not entitled to allow third parties to use Your domain name or to sell or assign it to another person, whether for profit or not, without prior consent of the Registry and/or IP Mirror.

Furthermore, pursuant to IP Mirror rules, You must specify nameservers (DNS) that are correctly configured for the domain name that You intend to register. The DNS listed must be operational within 30 days following the registration of Your domain name. Otherwise, the Registry will be able to delete Your domain name.

In accordance with Our Contracts, You agree to provide and maintain accurate, reliable and up-to-date personal contact information, failing this, the Registry concerned can delete Your domain name or refuse its registration. You also accept that the Registry and IP Mirror can access Your personal contact information and display it in the public Whois database.

Please note that under some proposed extensions, the modification of the contacts and/or the DNS associated to Your domain name is charged by the Registry concerned and/or IP Mirror, consequently You agree to paid to Gandi the costs related to these changes (please contact Our Corporate team for futher information in particular about prices).

The registration of a domain name in some proposed extensions is done manually by the Registry concerned. The validation and processing time of Your application by the Registry can therefore vary from several hours to several weeks depending on the extension chosen.

In addition, the registration of a domain name under some proposed extensions requires the submission of a form and/or documents allowing to the Registry to verify Your eligibility to the registration of a domain name under the extension chosen. In this case, the registration of Your domain name will be effective only after receipt and validation of these documents by the Registry. If during the registration period of Your domain name, You are no longer eligible for registration of a domain name in the chosen extension according to the applicable rules, the Registry will be authorised to delete Your domain name.

The Registry for .AE, the official extension of the United Arab Emirates, is .aeDA. The rules applicable to .AE domain names are available at the following address:

Under the Registry rules, .AE domain names are open to anyone, except Israeli individuals and legal persons.

The registration term is from 1 to 5 years. To avoid any deactivation of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Upon the Expiration of the domain, We suspend (Hold) the domain name for 30 days, during which time all associated technical services are deactivated. Late renewal at normal price is possible during this period. If the domain is not renewed within these deadlines, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .COM.BD extension

The Registry for .BD, the official extension of Bangladesh, is BTCL (Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited). The rules applicable to .BD domain names are available at the following address:

.COM.BD domain names are open to anyone. Under the Registry rules, generic terms are not accepted to the registration.

Once Your registration request made on Our website, You will have to send Us the following documents: • the Registry registration form completed and signed, and • the Registry registration agreement completed and signed.

The modifications of the DNS and contacts associated to a .COM.BD domain name are charged. Furthermore the modifications of DNS are carried out by sending a form (please contact Our Corporate team).

The registration term is 2 years (the renewal term is 1 year). To avoid any deletion of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared no later than 31 days before the Expiration date. If the domain is not renewed within this deadline, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .BI, .CO.BI, .COM.BI, .EDU.BI, INFO.BI, .OR.BI and .ORG.BI extensions

The Registry for .BI, the official extension of Burundi, is CNI (Centre National de l'Informatique). The rules applicable to .BI domain names are available at the following addresses:

3/21 .BI, .COM.BI, .EDU.BI, INFO.BI, .OR.BI et .ORG.BI domain names are open to anyone. If You are a legal person the administrative contact must be from Your entity and must differ from the technical contact.

Furthermore, You must specify nameservers (DNS) that are correctly configured for the domain name that You intend to register.

The registration term is from 1 to 10 years. To avoid any deletion of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Then, the domain name is placed in Quarantine status and can be restored, in accordance with the terms and conditions described on Our website and/or as communicated by Our customer service department. The length of the Quarantine period is 30 calendar days. If the domain is neither renewed nor restored within these deadlines, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .BY extension

The Trustee Authority and the Registry for .BY, the official extension of Belarus are Operative-analytical center of the Republic of Belarus and Reliable Software. The rules applicable to .BY domain names are available at the following addresses:

.BY domain names are open to anyone.

The modifications of the DNS associated to a .BY domain name are charged.

The registration term is 1 year. To avoid any deactivation of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Upon the Expiration of the domain, We suspend (Hold) the domain name for 30 days, during which time all associated technical services are deactivated. Late renewal at normal price is possible during this period. If the domain is not renewed within these deadlines, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .CD extension

The Registry for .CD, the official extension of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, is OCPT (Office Congolais des Postes et Télécommunications). The rules applicable to .CD domain names are available at the following address:

.CD domain names are open to anyone.

The registration term is from 1 to 5 years. To avoid any deactivation of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Upon the Expiration of the domain, We suspend (Hold) the domain name for 30 days, during which time all associated technical services are deactivated. Late renewal at normal price is possible during this

4/21 period. Then the domain goes into Redemption Period for an additional 30 days, and all associated technical services are deactivated. It can only be restored during this period. in accordance with the terms and conditions described on Our website and/or by as communicated by Our customer service department. If the domain is neither renewed nor restored within these deadlines, the Registry shall place the domain on “Pending Delete” status for several days, and then delete the domain name, which will become available for registration under the “first-come first-served” basis.

Special conditions for the .DJ extension

The Registry for .DJ, the official extension of Djibouti, is Djibouti Telecom S.A. The rules applicable to .DJ domain names are available at the following address:

The modifications of the DNS and contacts associated to a .DJ domain name are charged. The registration term is 1 to 5 years. .DM and .CO.DM domain names are open to anyone.

The registration of a domain name in .DM includes automatically its registration under the sub-extensions .COM.DM, .NET.DM and .ORG.DM.

The registration term is from 1 to 10 years. To avoid any deactivation or deletion of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Then, the domain name is placed in Quarantine status and can be restored, in accordance with the terms and conditions described on Our website and/or as communicated by Our customer service department. The length of the Quarantine period is 30 calendar days. If the domain is neither renewed nor restored within these deadlines, the Registry shall place the domain on “Pending Delete” status for several days, and then delete the domain name, which will become available for registration under the “first-come first-served” basis.

The Registry for .GA, the official extension of Gabon, is ANINF (Agence Nationale des Infrastructures Numériques et des Fréquences). The rules applicable to .GA domain names are available at the following address:

.GA domain names are open to anyone.

The modifications of the DNS associated to a .GA domain name are charged.

The registration term is 1 up to 10 years. To avoid any deletion of the domain name, the renewal must be paid before the Expiration date. At this time, the domain name is placed in Quarantine status and can be restored, in accordance with the terms and conditions described on Our website and/or as communicated by Our customer service department, documents will be required by the Registry. The length of the Quarantine period is 30 calendar days. If the domain is neither renewed nor restored within these deadlines, the Registry shall delete the domain name, which will become available for registration under the “first-come first-served” basis.

Special conditions for the .GH and .COM.GH extensions

The Registry for .GH, the official extension of Ghana is GhNIC (Ghana Network Information Centre). The rules applicable to .GH domain names are available at the following addresses:

Registrations directly under .GH are currently suspended by the Registry. If You want transfer a .GH domain name to Gandi, please contact Our Corporate team.

.COM.GH domain names are open to companies registered in Ghana. The administrative contact must be a legal person with a local presence. Furthermore, Your domain name will have to be active within 6 month after its registration.

Once Your registration request made on Our website, You will have to send Us Your business certificate.

The modifications of the DNS and contacts associated to a .GH and a .COM.GH domain name are charged.

The registration term is 1 year. To avoid any deletion of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. If the domain is not renewed within this deadline, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .GL, .CO.GL, .COM.GL, .ORG.GL, .NET.GL and .EDU.GL extensions

.GL, .CO.GL, .COM.GL, .ORG.GL, .NET.GL and .EDU.GL domain names are open to anyone.

You must specify nameservers (DNS) that are correctly configured for the domain name that You intend to register.

.GM domain names are open to indivuduals or organisations residing in Gambia, providing information or services for or about Gambia, or representing the local Internet community of Gambia. .GM domain names are also open to organisations that wishes to protect their name or trademark that clearly and unambiguously identifies them, in this case the domain name requested must correspond to Your name or trademark (the Registry can request, at any time, an evidence of the connection between Your entity and the domain name).

The modifications of the DNS and contacts associated to a .GM domain name are charged.

The registration term is 1 year. To avoid any deletion of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. If the domain is neither renewed nor restored within these deadlines, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .CO.ID extension

The Registry for .ID, the official extension of Indonesia, is IDNIC-PPAU Mikroelektronika.

.CO.ID domain names are open to business entities registered in Indonesia. If You do not have a local presence, IP Mirror can provide one (please contact Our Corporate team). The administrative contact must be a legal person.

Once Your registration request made on Our website, You will have to send Us the following documents: • For business entities registered in Indonesia: - a copy of Your tax certificate (NPWP), - a copy of Your business trading licence (SIUP) or of Your company registration certificate (TDP), and

7/21 - a copy of the identity card (KTP) of the natural person indicated as contact. • For foreign business entities subscribing to the local presence provided by IP Mirror: - the Power of Attorney authorizing IP Mirror to register Your domain name as trustee.

The modifications of the contacts associated to a .CO.ID domain name are charged.

The registration term is from 1 to 2 years. To avoid any deactivation of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Upon the Expiration of the domain, We suspend (Hold) the domain name for 65 days, during which time all associated technical services are deactivated. Late renewal at normal price is possible during this period. If the domain is not renewed within these deadlines, the Registry shall place the domain on “Pending Delete” status for several days, and then delete the domain name, which will become available for registration under the “first-come first- served” basis.

Special conditions for the .CO.IL and .ORG.IL extensions

The Registry for .IL, the official extension of Israel, is ISOC-IL (Internet Society of Israel). The rules applicable to .IL domain names are available at the following addresses:

Failing to specify nameservers (DNS) that are correctly configured during a period of 1 year for the domain name that You have registered, the Registry will be entitled to delete Your domain name.

The registration term is from 1 to 2 years. To avoid any deactivation of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Upon the Expiration of the domain, We suspend (Hold) the domain name for 30 to 120 days (deadline established at the Registry discretion depending on the domain name), during which time all associated technical services are deactivated. Late renewal at normal price is possible during this period. If the domain is not renewed within this deadline, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.

Special conditions for the .KG extension

The Registry for .KG, the official extension for Kyrgyzstan, is AsiaInfo Telecommunication Enterprise. The rules applicable to .KG domain names are available at te following address:

.KG domain names are open to anyone. .KG domain names are only registered and delegated if You provide Us with at least two name servers (DNS) located in two class C IP networks.

8/21 .KG domain names are activated within 3 days after complete payment has been received by the .KG Registry.

The modifications of DNS and contacts associated with a .KG domain name are charged.

The registration term is 1 year. To avoid domain name cancellation, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. At this time, the domain name is placed in Quarantine status and can be restored, in accordance with the terms and conditions described on Our website and/or as communicated by Our customer service department. The length of the Quarantine period is 30 calendar days. If the domain is neither renewed nor restored within these deadlines, the Registry shall delete the domain name, which will become available for registration under the “first-come first-served” basis.

Special conditions for the .KR, .CO.KR, .OR.KR and .NE.KR extensions

The Registry for .KR, the official extension of Republic of Korea, is KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency). The rules applicable to .KR domain names are available at the following address: • General terms and conditions: http://www.nic.or.kr/jsp/english/domain/policy.jsp

.KR domain names are open to legal persons and natural persons having a local presence in Republic of Korea (postal address). If You do not have a local presence, IP Mirror can provide one (please contact Our Corporate team).

During the registration process, if You are a legal person having a local presence You will have to indicate Your business registration number.

For the registration of a .CO.KR, a .OR.KR or a .NE.KR domain name, or a domain name in IDN under .KR, once Your registration request made on Our website, the persons having a local presence will have to send Us the following documents: • for legal persons: Your business registration certificate, • for natural persons: Your ID document, • Your address in Korean characters (preferably in Word document format).

The registration term is from 1 to 10 years. To avoid any deactivation of the domain name, the renewal must be paid and funds cleared before the Expiration date. Upon the Expiration of the domain, We suspend (Hold) the domain name for 30 days, during which time all associated technical services are deactivated. Late renewal at normal price is possible during this period. If the domain is not renewed within these deadlines, the Registry will delete the domain name, which will become available for registration on a “first come first served” basis.
