(2) Certain provisions of the Agreement concern readmission, and therefore fall within the scope of Title V of Part Three of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. A separate Decision (3) relating to those provisions, which are contained in Article 33(2) of the Agreement, will be adopted in parallel to this Decision. (3) The Agreement should be approved on behalf of the Union, HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION: Article 1 The Framework Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, on the one part, and the Republic of Korea, on the other part, with the exception of Article 33(2) thereof, is hereby approved on behalf of the Union (4). (1) Consent given on 16 April 2014 (not yet published in the Official Journal). (2) Council Decision 2013/40/EU of 10 May 2010 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, and provisional application of the Framework Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, on the one part, and the Republic of Korea, on the other part (OJ L 20, 23.1.2013, p. 1). (3) Council Decision 2014/279/EU of 12 May 2014 on the conclusion of the Framework Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, on the one part, and the Republic of Korea, on the other part, as regards matters related to readmission (see page 3 of this Official Journal). (4) The Agreement has been published in OJ L 20, 23.1.2013, p. 2, together with the decision on signature. L 145/2 EN Official Journal of the European Union 16.5.2014 Article 2 The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy shall chair the Joint Committee provided for in Article 44 of the Agreement. The Union or, as the case may be, the Union and the Member States, shall be repre­ sented in the Joint Committee depending on the subject matter. Article 3 The President of the Council shall designate the person(s) empowered to proceed, on behalf of the Union, to the notifica­ tion provided for in Article 49(1) of the Agreement (1).     LE SUICIDE, ÇA NOUS CONCERNE TOUS (d’après le dépliant de l’ORS Paca) Mai 2015 Face à une personne suicidaire, chacun peut faire quelque chose. Toute évocation de suicide et d’idées de mort doit être prise au sérieux. La majorité des personnes décédées par suicide avaient fait part de leurs intentions avant de passer à l’acte. Nous pouvons tous intervenir face à une personne suicidaire. Avant tout en étant là et en parlant avec elle du suicide. La plupart des personnes qui se suicident n’expriment pas un désir de mort en tant que tel, mais une réelle souffrance et un besoin d’apaisement que seule la mort semble pouvoir leur apporter. Parler de suicide et de ses émotions avec une personne suicidaire permet de la soulager et réduit le risque de passage à l’acte. Plus le nombre de tentatives de suicide augmente, plus le risque de décès par suicide augmente lors du prochain passage à l’acte. Il ne faut donc pas minimiser les tentatives de suicide répétées. 1. Il faut savoir Quelques données... Il y a environ 11 000 décès par suicide et 3 500 décès par accident de la route chaque année en France. Le suicide représente la 2e cause de décès chez les adolescents et les jeunes adultes. Mais ce sont les personnes âgées et en particulier les hommes qui sont les plus nombreux à se suicider. 1 personne sur 2 qui se suicide souffre de dépression. Des signes à repérer… Les signes indiquant un risque de suicide peuvent parfois être difficiles à repérer, car il n’y a pas une cause unique de suicide.

A BEDOIN, il est tombé 590mm pour une moyenne habituelle aux alentours de 700mm. Très peu de pluies du printemps à l’automne. Les températures sont en augmentation 11 mois sur 12. Seul octobre a perdu 0.10°. Les records à la hausse sont pour décembre 2015 +4.30° et pour septembre +2.55° 2 – L’Etat Sylvosanitaire des principales essences forestières : Selon les sources IFN et pour tous les quadrats couvrant le Vaucluse Pour les feuillus, le chêne pubescent couvre plus de 44 000 Ha et le chêne vert presque 27 800 Ha. Pour les résineux, c’est le Pin d’Alep ou Blanc qui est le plus représenté avec 36 000 Ha suivi du pin sylvestre presque 12 000 Ha 2.1. – Les feuillus : Les chênes verts et pubescents sur les terrains difficiles ont souffert de la sécheresse et des températures très chaudes. Le Coroebus du chêne s’est propagé par secteur dans le nord du département. Dans le Vaucluse, les châtaigniers sont peu représentés. La plus grande population qui se situe sur SAINT CHRISTOL est pour l’instant en bonne santé. La petite population du CRESTET est atteinte par le chancre coloré. 2.2. – Les résineux : Les pins noirs d’Autriche ont été victimes d’une attaque de sphaeropsis sapinea sur l’ensemble du département. Cette attaque importante fait suite aux conditions chaudes et sèches de l’été.

    Avignon, le 7 novembre 2019 Plan de Prévention des Risques d’Inondation du Calavon-Coulon Bassin versant « amont » Concertation avec la population organisée par le Préfet Le préfet de Vaucluse organise une concertation avec la population, sur le projet de Plan de Prévention des Risques d'Inondation (PPRI) du Calavon-Coulon, pour les 24 communes situées à l’amont du bassin-versant. Celle-ci se déroulera du 12 novembre au 20 décembre 2019. Menée par la direction départementale des territoires (DDT), elle permettra de présenter aux populations concernées le PPRI en cours d'élaboration, d'en faciliter la compréhension, et de recueillir leurs questions et observations. A ce titre, la population pourra consulter les affiches d’information disponibles dans les communes concernées pendant toute la durée de la concertation. Le dossier de projet de PPRI (carte d’aléas, carte d’enjeux, carte de zonage et règlement) sera mis à la disposition de la population dans chacune des mairies concernées. Un registre est également mis à la disposition pendant toute la durée de la concertation, afin que le public puisse faire part de ses observations et de ses questions. Reporting obligations – packaging declaration The packaging declaration must now be sent to the approved inspection body no later than 3 working days after the date of packaging, rather than before packaging as used to be the case. A declaration of sale in bulk to the consumer must be sent to the approved inspection body no later than 3 working days after the wine has left the winery to be sold in that way. This amendment does not affect the single document. 3. References to the inspection body The contact details of the inspection body, Certipaq, have been updated. This is an independent body offering guarantees of competence, impartiality and independence under the authority of INAO on the basis of an approved inspection plan.
