Pressure Connection Checklist

To ensure that a meter can be installed properly, and the pressurized irrigation system will operate according to City and State guidelines please check for the following items on your system.

Do you have a pressure irrigation meter box?

Is your sprinkler system connected to the outlet pipe outside of the meter box?

If you currently use Culinary for outdoor irrigation check your system for the following items.

Do you have a swing joint connection located in an irrigation box?

Do you have a Reduced Pressure Zone (RPZ) backflow device?

The City requires that the property owner inspect these items and check “yes”, “no”, or “Unknown” on those that apply.

Once you have completed the check please return this form to the City utility billing department to schedule a meter installation. If you have questions, please contact Trevor Andra at 801-849-9427.
