Along with her coaching duties, Kerans is also the director of Athletics & Recreation. She has been named CCIW Coach of the Year six times, including 1996-97 and 1997-98 when she led Millikin to a school record 25 vic- tories each season. She has also been hon- ored by the Illinois Basketball Coaches All-Tournament Team selection.
