ALL-TOURNEY TEAM – Jeomi Maduka and Kayleen Fitzsimmons were both named to the Cornell Classic All-Tournament team after their outstanding performances vs. Gardner-Webb and Bowling Green.

PLAYERS OF THE WEEK — For the fi rst time since the 2001-02 season, Cornell has had two players earn Ivy League Player of the Week honors. Moïna Snyder earned the award on Nov. 21 after helping the Big Red get out to a 1-2 record. The junior forward started the season red-hot, not missing a shot through the Big Red’s fi rst two games of the season, going 8-of-8 from the fl oor and 6-of-6 from the foul line. Through Cornell’s fi rst three games, she averaged 11.3 points, shot 68.4 percent from the fl oor and 87.5 percent from the free throw line, grabbed 4.7 rebounds per game, handed out 3.7 assists per game, blocked 0.7 shots per game and made 1.7 steals per game. Jeomi Maduka earned the honor on Dec. 3, after helping the Big Red to a second place fi nish at the Cornell Classic. Against Gardner-Webb, Maduka scored a team-high 19 points, grabbed a team-h
