View Class Breakdown BW was founded by Jeanna De Waal, currently playing Princess Diana in Diana on Broadway. Teachers are handpicked Broadway and West End professionals, and the best in the world at what they do. Speak to a Broadway Weekends representative and begin designing a custom package for your community, by emailing: [email protected] The Offering: Any teacher who says "it is their way or the highway" is a liar. The only one who can say that is Meryl. And no one is Meryl. Not even Meryl. Josh’s story is unique in itself as he moved to NYC with no money, no training but found the right classes, met the right people and put in the work and has since been one of Broadways leading comedic actors for the past decade. This class is to take the pressure off. Whether you are doing this for the long haul or doing this for your personal art. You deserve to be the best artist you can be. Josh’s approach is nurturing and changes from student to student as he believes everyone’s talent is unique and our differences is what makes us marketable. Class Breakdown: Abandoning the thoughts of what casting wants us to be and teaching you how to be you. Learning how to appropriately stand up for yourself, cause if you won’t say no, no one is gonna say it for you. But no-one wants to spend a diva dollar either. How to measure your success. And it ain’t by booking. This is where you learn how to get called back in again and again and eventually, you will indeed book. How to take care of yourself. This is a hard world you are entering and mental health is key. This is your jump start into a community of love, support and growth. We are an army. Come join us. About Josh: BROADWAY: Hair, Elf, Finding Neverland, Groundhog Day, The Prom. SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK: Into The Woods. OFF BROADWAY: February House (The Public), Little Miss Sunshine (2nd Stage), A New Brain (Encores!), Little Me (Encores!). Tours: Wicked, Hair (Helen Hayes Award). TV/Film: Here Today (dir. Billy Crystal), The Blacklist, The Good Fight, Deadbeat, Inside Amy Schumer, 30 Rock, Inside Boys and It Could Be Worse. Host of the popular podcast Josh Swallows Broadway on the Broadway Podcast Network. Co-writer of upcoming off-broadway musical 'Bloody Bloody Jessica Fletcher' and is currently cowriting a new musical about his time as a phone sex operator with Annaleigh Ashford and the legendary Breedlove. @Josh.Lamon on Instagram. .
