Your feedback is very much appreciated and critical to our planning for the future As usual it has been a very busy start to the term across many areas of the college. I know that the beginning with a very successful School Development parents of Senior Campus students would have Day for all college staff at Forster campus. Max is working with a large number of schools across the state on a Graeme Jennings College Principal learning framework he has developed over a number of years called ALARM (A learning and responding matrix). This framework has been very successful in achieving improved learning outcomes for student in years 11/12. The Senior Campus has been in a process of implementation, adapted to different KLA contexts over the last 4-5 years.

The staff will now work collaboratively in KLA groups with the ALARM framework being adapted to assist students in years 7-10.

While these reforms will not affect the day-to-day operation of individual school P&Cs, they will introduce a new executive structure which will ensure the Federation operates as a modern and representative body on behalf of school P&C Associations.

Each school’s P&C Association will be asked to vote for councillors and delegates who will represent their electorate at the Federation’s Annual General Meeting and councillors who will serve on the Federation’s Board of Management.
