The Applicant proposes to relocate its office headquarters to Camden, NJ. The Applicant currently has dual headquarters located in Marlton NJ and Philadelphia, PA. The Applicant will move 172 employees (157 Grow qualified) from Marlton to Camden; move 98 employees (96 Grow qualified) from Philadelphia to Camden; and create 15 new jobs in Camden. Camden Waterfront Development Overview: The proposed Camden Tower Office Building, identified as building “C1” on the Camden Master Plan prepared by Robert A.M. Stern Architects dated August 1, 2016, is part of the Liberty Property Trust (Liberty Property Trust and Liberty Property Limited Partnership are collectively referred to as “LPT”) comprehensive vision for a mixeduse urban waterfront comprised of office, retail, and residential space, and accompanying structured and surface level parking in the City of Camden.
