SUBJECT: REVIEW SCHEDULE (McGuire iluclear Station, Units 1 and 2) We have discussed with you and your staff the scheduling for resolution of the remaining open items in our review of the McGuire application, exclusive at this time of TMI-2 related matters. We plan to address the latter matters with you shortly. We have assigned a priority to the completion of our McGuire licensing efforts as a part of our review of the six near-term OL aoplications. This priority and milestone events are reflected in the enclosed milestone chart. We request that you review this milestone chart and verify in writing to us within seven days that you will meet all applicant action milestones. You should indicate any applicant milestone dates that require revision. When- ever a milestone is not met, we request that you provide us with a written explanation within five working days of that milestone indicating when the milestone will be met.
