Vidrih, Tjaša 276044032 O naslovnici: “Z naslovnico 3. mednarodne strokovne konference Trendi in izzivi v živilstvu, prehrani, gostinstvu in turizmu sem želel vizualno predstaviti pomenski naslov konference "Trendi in izzivi". Konferenca povezuje živilstvo, prehrano, gostinstvo in turizem in ker so vsa omenjena strokovna področja konference enakovrendna, sem se odločil, da bom živilstvo, prehrano, gostinstvo in turizem predstavil z enakimi, vendar raznobarvnimi klobčiči bombažne preje. Na naslovnici je torej fotografija štirih klobčičev preje, ki so oblikovno usklajeni s podobo konference, barve klobčičev pa predstavljajo barve štirih strokovnih področij konference. Pri oblikovanju naslovnice sem želel uporabiti štiri enake okrogle oblike in iz njih izhajati. Odločil sem se za krogle iz barvnih niti, ker niti povezujem z ustvarjanjem, kot je tudi skupna nit ustvarjalnosti na področju živilstva, prehrane, gostinstva in turizma. Niti povezujem tudi z ustvarjanjem tkalskih in pletenih izdelkov. Tkanje šalov in puloverjev vsakih nekaj let postane velik hit, vsakemu, ki se preizkusi v tem, postane pletenje velik izziv, izdelki pa ostajajo večni trend. Tako je tudi z omenjenimi strokovnimi področji, so iz številnih niti in so večni izziv in trend … Vizualna predstavitev štirih krogel na naslovnici zbornika pušča prostor za različne predstavitve na naslednjih konferencah, kjer bombažne preje lahko zamenjajo drugi materiali. Preuredimo jih lahko v drugačno postavitev, vendar ohranjamo osnovne barve sodelujočih strok.     Pesnica pri Mariboru The village is located in North-East Slovenia near Austrian border. In 2014 it had population of 7.550 inhabitians. The village began to evolve with the arrival of the railway in the 19th century, and even more so after World War II. After 1945, Pesnica developed into the center of western Slovenske gorice. From a rural place where farmers grew mainly fruits, vegetables and potatoes, it has developed into one of the most important places in northern Slovenia, north of the river Pesnica. It became the seat of political power first in the People's Committees, then in the Municipality of Maribor Pesnica, then in the old Municipality of Pesnica, and finally the seat of the new Municipality of Pesnica. The village is also the seat of the Pesnica Administrative Unit, the administrative unit of western Slovenske gorice. The primary school and kindergarten were built by the Germans during the war, and later many clubs, societies and organizations developed. The Government of the Republic of Slovenia also ordered the set up of the Styrian Technology Park in Pesnica.
