Hi Prospect, Every Contestant Is Required to Come Prepared for The Hi Prospect, Every contestant is required to come prepared for the training period of 30 days on audition day as we commence the training immediately after the shortlisting of the finalists. The selected finalists for Miss Diva 2016 will not be able to leave until 12th September, 2016 Please segegate you ags i suh a ay that you’e ayig a sall stolle to ay the atiles euied at the audition and your luggage for the 30 days of training in separate bags as they would be kept safely in a luggage oo ad you o’t e ale to aess it though the day. You ould e poided ith luggage tags fo you luggage post the registration. Please keep your tags safely to claim your luggage later. For the safety of your luggage, please put a lock on them. This email is divided into two parts 1. Details for final round of auditions 2. Details for the selected candidates in Mumbai on the 31st of July Training/shooting period requirements Please note every candidate that comes to the audition should match the eligibility. If the girls do not match any of the criteria listed, they will be eliminated immediately. The Eligibility Criteria: - Between 18 yrs (As of 31st july, 2016 - under 27 (Under 27- as of January 1st , 2016) - Height 5.5" & above - Unmarried, single and not engaged - Indian Passport holder or OCI (OCI cannot be the title holder but they can be the 1st runner or the 2nd runner up) The final round of auditions of Miss Diva 2016 are on the 31st of July, 2016 The winner of Miss Diva 2016 will be going to Miss Universe. Venue: Auditions City: Mumbai Audition Date: 31st July, 2016 Venue: Courtyard Marriott CTS 215, Opposite Sangam BIG Cinemas, Andheri Kurla Road, AAI Colony, J B Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059 Time: 8 am Please note that it is compulsory for you to register at the Miss Diva registration desks on the 31st July, 2016 at 8 AM SHARP The Registration process involves following: - You would be guided to a registration desk. PLEASE CARRY THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE MISS DIVA AUDITIONS: Documents are mandatory 1. Photocopy of Passport, (Passport Copy is a mandatory document- you wouldn’t e ale to register without one. Also please don’t arry your original passport so that you don’t misplace it.) 2. You will be required to submit three photographs (Close up, mid-length and full-length (A4 SIZE High resolution) 3. Copy of pan card, Date of Birth certificate or driving license for us to verify your date of birth (however a passport will suffice) 6. Your punctuality and discipline will be noted from the beginning. As soon as you reach the hotel you will be met with the representatives from Miss India Org who would guide you to the venue. Once you have successfully registered with us, you will be guided by the Miss Diva Team about the proceedings of the day. Parents, friends and chaperones will not be allowed inside the venue. You must inform them that the event would take until late evening to finish. Miss India Organization will not provide for travel and stay expenses incurred by you at this Stage. Once you have successfully registered with us, you would be briefed on the show flow for the day. Please carry dry snacks/ energy bars and fruits with you to munch on for the audition day as it would take until evening for the auditions to get over For Queries please contact - Navreen Singh: 022 30418995, 09619937295 The Audition will have three rounds : The first round, would be the shorts and White Singlet Round. The Second Round: the contestants will be required to wear a black bikini (two- piece swimwear- not heavily padded) for judges to assess the overall physical criteria- height, proportionality etc. Please make sure you bring swimwear and not lingerie Please carry Bathrobe/ Sarong to cover up between rounds. Third Round: Black Cocktail dress round. Here the judges could ask you a couple of questions to get to know you better- about yourself, why Miss Diva, questions on your interests, career, future, family etc. Inners: Appropriate inners for all above articles such as skin tone panty hose, g - strings, strapless bras, silicone's and cups for swimwear, panty liners etc. Footwear: Appropriate footwear for above: pair of stiletto heels in black, silver, gold and skin. Please ensure that these are not platforms or wedges and are minimum of 5 inch heels and above Jewellery : Appropriate jewellery, accessories to go with your wardrobe jewellery and attire ( No jewellery with Bikini ). You will be provided with hair and makeup. Please come dressed appropriately at the venue when you come in the morning. PLEASE NOTE: Avoid colored contact lenses. Judges should be able to see natural eye color. Natural contact lenses are allowed You are expected to maintain basic hygiene and come groomed and well-kept for the event. This means you ought to turn up waxed (remove all unnecessary body hair underarms, bikini etc), manicure, pedicure. Neatness will be noted. Please come prepared with the list of things mentioned below. Please do not fix any other engagements for the same day as the audition round would take until late evening to finish. Please be well presented and well behaved at all times (even if you are just lounging around in the hotel). Your appearance, code of conduct shall be noted every day. Miss Diva team is not liable to speak to contestants parents & guardians at any stage. We trust that you are over 18 years of age & believe that you can handle things by yourself. Below details are for the selected contestants and the articles they would require for the training period. Please Note: You need to bring the luggage along on the final round of audition day as the training would commence immediately. 2. PLEASE NOTE BELOW DETAILS ARE STRICTLY FOR THE FINALISTS OF YAMAHA FASCINO MISS DIVA 2016 IF YOU ARE SELECTED AS A FINALIST FOR YAMAHA FASCINO MISS DIVA 2016, YOU WILL NEED THE BRING THE BELOW LIST OF ITEMS WITH YOU AT THE AUDITIONS. Details for the Finalists from the 31ST July- 12th September TRAINING DATES: 31st July- 12th September, 2016 Requirements for the 30 days of training. Please ensure you bring the following articles with you to the Audition and training period: 2-3 Evening gowns (appearance/ page3 extravaganza 10 cocktail dresses ( Long, short, flowy. Colour: black, white, pastels 2-3 options of bikinis/swimwear (Solid colours, 1 black bikini, carry sarong and Bath robe Gym wear and gym shoes: Adidas, reebok, nike, puma, racer backs, fitted tights, sports bra. 5-7 shorts: Formal, semi- formal, casual. Colours: Black, blue, white, pink, pastels. 4-7 skirts: Formal, semi- formal, casual. Colour: Black, Blue, white, pink, red, pastels. Inners including, silicones, g-strings, spanx, strapless bras Make up and hair products. Accessories to match your wardrobe: Belts, necklaces, sunglasses, caps, stoles, scarves, nail paints. 4-6 pairs of Footwear, stilettoes, pumps in black, gold, silver and skin 8-10 day dresses- Long, mid length, short. Floral, pastels, beachwear and clubwear. Party tops: formal, semi- formal, cocktail nights, club wear Carry jeans and casual tops, Flat shoes, house slippers, classy night wear (pyjama sets or shorts and tee set as we will need to film them in their night wear/ lounge wear in the house too) Also please carry basic toiletries like body wash, face wash, deodorants, shampoo, bath towel, moisturizer etc. Mini stroller for overnight occasions as we would be moving out of the city for Photoshoot/ plant visits etc Hair extensions if needed Mediations that you’re on Please note: the above is just a wishlist of the things you would essentially need. It is not compulsory for you to carry all of them. It is just to better prepare you for the pageant and if there are etai thigs you do’t hae fo the aoe list please do’t oy. Fashion Icon As part of the Sub contest we will have a fashion icon Round, you are requested to put together an outfit in advance which represents your fashion sensibility to better prepare yourself for the Pageant and to avoid last minute rush.
