The winner of Miss Diva 2014 will be going to Miss Universe this year Shortlisted candidates will be invited to the final round of auditions tentatively on the 24th of August in Mumbai Venue: Auditions City: Kolkata Audition Date: 9th August 2014 Venue: Swissotel City Centre New Town Action Area 2D Plot No. 11/5 New Town, Rajarhat Kolkata - 700 157 Time: 10:00 AM Please note that it is compulsory for you to register at the Miss Diva registration desks on 9th of August at 10 AM SHARP The Registration process involves following: - You would be guided to a registration desk. - You will be required to submit three photographs (Close up, mid-length and full-length (A4 SIZE High resolution) PLEASE CARRY THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO THE MISS DIVA AUDITIONS: 1. Photocopy of Passport, pan card or driving license for us to verify your date of birth ( if you do not have a passport please make sure you apply for one at the earliest/ you can register yourself for the pageant without one) 2. Three photographs Please note that even if you have submitted all of the above documents by courier you will have to carry a copy of the same to the audition venue. If you are missing any one of the documents it is not a problem. You can still come to the audition. Your punctuality and discipline will be noted from the beginning. As soon as you reach the hotel you will be met with by following representatives from Miss India Org team who would guide you to the venue. flow for the day. Cocktail Dress: 1-2 options of short, fitted black cocktail dresses in that best suit you. Please DO NOT wear long evening gowns for Round 2. 4. Inners: Appropriate inners for all above articles such as skin tone panty hose, g - strings, strapless bras, silicone's and cups for swimwear, panty liners etc. 5. Footwear: Appropriate footwear for above: pair of stiletto heels in black, silver, gold or skin. Please ensure that these are not platforms or wedges and are minimum of 4 inch heels. 6. Jewelry : Appropriate jewelry, accessories to go with your wardrobe jewelry and attire 7. Makeup: Please make sure your make up is minimalist and not loud at all 8. Hair: Needs to have volume, cannot be pinned up or tied and must be open Avoid colored contact lenses. Judges should be able to see natural eye color. Natural contact lenses are allowed You are expected to maintain basic hygiene and come groomed and well-kept for the event. This means you ought to turn up waxed (remove all unnecessary body hair underarms, bikini etc), manicure, pedicure. Neatness will be noted. The Audition round would have two parts: The first round, the contestants will be required to wear denim shorts and white ganjees for judges to assess the overall physical criteria- height, proportionality etc. This will be the first elimination round. Cocktail dress round. Here the judges could ask you a couple of questions to get to know you better- about yourself, why Miss India, questions on your interests, career, future, family etc. You would be briefed in detail at the venue Please read below !!!! Very Important : evening to finish. lobby area on the ground floor of the hotel / we will give you instructions at the venue where family members can wait during the audition. You must inform them that the event would take until late evening to finish. Miss India Organization will not provide for travel and stay expenses incurred by you at this level. You are also requested not to incur any additional costs at this stage to acquire any dresses, make up, accessories at this stage. Please borrow from friends as far as possible or get the nearest option you have to possess the requirement round in the hotel).
