RENTS After seeing nominal growth from 2015 to 2017, the average taking rent for law firms in all of Midtown grew a strong 9% year- over-year in 2018. Growth has continued but moderated in 2019, RENTS as law firm Midtown taking rents increased nearly 5% since year- end 2018.
