Dave Barry Rick Elice Dave Barry is a Pulitzer Prize winning author Rick Elice was born on November 17, 1956. He and columnist. VHBG is the only organization in Virginia certified in the evidence-based Teaching Family Model (TFM), one of the very few models endorsed by the American Psychological Association. Their therapeutic neighborhood consists of Teaching Family Homes, John G. Wood (K-12) Alternative Education, and Therapeutic Resources. In the home, classroom, and the community, VHBG reinforces positive family dynamics and teach essential behavioral and life skills.
