The Authority Monitoring Report (AMR) measures various indicators to assess the performance of planning policies set out in the adopted development plan and provides a general portrait of the social, economic and environmental conditions in the Borough. The AMR also assesses the Council’s progress in producing its development plan documents against the timetable set out in the Local Development Scheme (LDS). 1.2.
