Manager - Nestor Corredor (3rd Season) Nestor Corredor, 34, returns to Helena to manage the Brewers for a third season in 2018. Corredor played seven professional Minor League seasons in the Brewers organization from 2002-2008, hitting .211 with 10 HR and 109 RBI in 332 games. This will be his fifth overall season in Helena after playing for the team as a catcher in 2004, returning as a pitcher in 2008 and managing the team in 2016 & 2017. Over the course of his managerial career, Corredor has compiled a record of 224-300 (.427) in eight seasons spent with the Rookie Dominican Summer League Brewers (2010-2012), AZL Brewers (2013-2015) and Helena Brewers (2016-2017).

Pitching Coach - Rolando Valles (2nd Straight Season, 4th Overall) Rolando Valles, 38, returns to Helena for his second consecutive season. Valles served as Helena’s pitching coach in 2014-2015 under Tony Diggs and worked as a Latin Liaison for the Brewers from 2008-2013. In 2016 he was the pitching coach for the AZL Brewers. An undrafted free agent in 1997 by the Houston Astros, Valles played seven seasons of minor league and independent league ball from 2000-2007, going 43-26 with a 3.72 ERA in 189 appearances, 73 of them starts.

Hitting Coach - Liu Rodriguez (3rd Season) Liu Rodríguez, 41, returns to the Brewers organization for his fifth season and his third year in Helena. In 2015, Rodríguez served as a coach for Class-A Wisconsin, and in 2014 he worked with the Rookie Arizona Brewers. A former middle infielder, Rodríguez spent seven seasons in the White Sox organization from 1995 to 2001, making his Major League debut in 1999. The native of Caracas, Venezuela batted .237 with 1 HR and 12 RBI in 39 career Major League Games.

Bullpen Coach - Jim Henderson (1st Season) Former MLB pitcher Jim Henderson joins Helena as their bullpen coach for the 2018 season, his first as a professional coach. A Calgary, Alberta native, Henderson was a 26th round selection by the Expos in 2003, and made his major league debut with Milwaukee in 2012. His final season in the big leagues was in 2016 when he made 44 appearances with the New York Mets.

Athletic Trainer - Matt Deal (2nd Season) Matt Deal, 25, starts his fourth season in the Brewers organization and second in Helena. A native of Evergreen Park, IL, Deal attended Marquette University and graduated with a degree in Athletic Training in 2015. He was hired by the Brewers in 2015 and spent his first summer in the Dominican Republic with the Dominican Summer League Brewers. In 2016, Deal moved back stateside and worked for the AZL Brewers as the teams’ athletic trainer.

Strength & Conditioning Specialist - Lucas Weitzel (1st Season) Lucas Weitzel, 23, comes to the Brewers from the University of Florida, where he earned a BS in applied physiology & kinesiology and a MS in human performance. During his time at UF, he worked with the baseball, softball, football, track & field, swimming & diving, and volleyball teams. His father Brad, is currently the bench coach for the University of Florida, and has been in baseball for 39 years, most notably with the Minnesota Twins, as he signed and/or drafted 19 future big leaguers in 16 years as the Twins’ Florida area scout.
