Responsables-Transparencia-Bn.Pdf RESOLUCION DE GERENCIA GENERAL N° 05 -2020-BN/2000 San Borja, 16 de Octubre 2020 VISTO, el acuerdo de Sesión de Directorio N° 2287, de fecha 5 de marzo de 2020. CONSIDERANDO: Que, el Texto Único Ordenado de la Ley N° 27806, Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública, dicta las normas orientadas a promover la transparencia de los actos del Estado y regular el derecho fundamental del acceso a la información consagrado en el numeral 5 del Artículo 2° de la Constitución Política del Perú; Que, los incisos b) y c) del Artículo 3° del Reglamento de la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Públicas establecen como obligaciones de la máxima autoridad de la Entidad designar a los funcionarios responsables de entregar la información de acceso público y de la elaboración y actualización del Portal del Estado Peruano; Que, en virtud a lo dispuesto en el numeral 6.1 del Lineamiento Corporativo: “Lineamiento de transparencia en la gestión de las Empresas bajo el ámbito de FONAFE” de Transparencia en la Gestión de las Empresas bajo el ámbito de FONAFE, aprobada mediante Resolución de Dirección Ejecutiva N° 080-2013/DE-FONAFE, las empresas -entre ellas el Banco de la Nación- deben designar mediante Resolución de Gerencia General al funcionario responsable o responsables del Portal de Transparencia y de la Entrega de Información; SE RESUELVE: Artículo Primero.- Designar al Gerente de Relaciones Institucionales o quien haga sus veces, como el funcionario responsable de elaborar y actualizar el Portal de Transparencia del Banco de la Nación, en virtud de los señalado en la Ley N° 27806, Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública. En caso de ausencia, dicha responsabilidad será asumida por el Subgerente de Prensa Institucional o quien haga sus veces. Artículo Segundo.- Designar al Subgerente de Cumplimiento Normativo e Integridad o quien haga sus veces, como el funcionario responsable de brindar la información que sea solicitada al amparo de la Ley N° 27806 “Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública” en Lima Metropolitana y provincia constitucional del Callao; en caso de ausencia, dicha responsabilidad la asumirá el señor Sergio Alfonso Rojas Jo – Analista de la Subgerencia de Cumplimiento Normativo e Integridad. Asimismo, designar a los administradores de todas las agencias del Banco de la Nación de provincias o quiénes hagan sus veces, como responsables de este tema, en las demás provincias del país. Artículo Cuarto.- Dejar sin efecto la Resolución de Gerencia General EF/92.2000 N° 033-2018. Artículo Tercero.- Publicar la presente Resolución en el Diario Oficial “El Peruano” y comunicar a FONAFE las designaciones del artículo segundo, en el plazo legal establecido.     Los efectos urbanos de la minería en el Perú 109 Los efectos urbanos de la minería en el Perú: del modelo de Cerro de Pasco y La Oroya al de Cajamarca1 Pablo Vega-Centeno2 Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú Resumen El impacto de la explotación minera en las ciudades peruanas ha tenido diferen- tes consecuencias urbanas a lo largo de la historia. De las ciudades mineras coloniales hemos pasado al modelo de ciudad industrial o ciudad campamento, que es aún el modelo predominante en la actualidad. Según él, la empresa concentra o superpone responsabilidades referidas tanto a la esfera productiva como a la gestión del espacio urbano que se ha creado. Sin embargo, la globalización de la economía y el desarrollo de las tecnologías de la informa- ción y la comunicación (TIC) han generado otro modelo productivo, en el cual los impactos urbanos de la explotación minera se vuelven sobretodo indirectos. Este nuevo modelo induce una reconfiguración de la estructura urbana que genera importantes tensiones con las prácticas cotidianas preexistentes, las que se expresan en las percepciones que los habitantes producen acerca de los problemas urbanos. En el caso de Cajamarca, sostenemos que para la mayoría de sus habitantes la organización de la ciudad mantiene un vínculo estrecho con su entorno rural –que es afectado por el nuevo desarrollo urbano–, orga- nización que favorece los intercambios interurbanos dentro de lo que algunos autores como Castells (1997) definen como el espacio de los flujos y otros como Ascher (2004), como el fenómeno de metropolización. El estudio de las tensiones generadas entre la continuidad campo-ciudad y las transformacio- nes urbanas recientes resultará de enorme importancia, en la medida que de ello dependerán los efectos o recomendaciones que se puedan proponer a los actores directos e indirectos de la gestión y el desarrollo de la ciudad.

Tomando como inicio su educación en el Seminario de San Jerónimo en Arequipa, la Highgate School de Londres y la École Royale des Mines de París, este estudio se enfoca en las activida- des de Rivero en la minería peruana y sus avatares, desde el desarrollo del proyecto bolivariano en el Perú, al terminar el proceso de Independencia, hasta las incertidumbres del caudillaje. Se da atención a las inversiones de capital, sobre todo extranjero y británico, y a la tecnología usada en el sector minero, especialmente en Cerro de Pasco, durante esta época de nacimiento del Perú republicano. The return to school has been postponed indefinitely. Refugee and migrant children are able to access these services and corresponding materials. • On 25 April, Gastón Rodríguez was appointed Minister of Interior. The previous minister and all senior officers of the National Police were dismissed due to their alleged involvement in overvalued purchases in the context of the emergency. Investigations are undergoing accordingly. • On 26 and 27 April, the government announced a new universal bonus of 760 soles to support up to seven million families in poverty or extreme poverty nation-wide. The Minister of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS) will activate a platform through which Peruvian families could validate their data to receive the bonus. This assistance is not extended to refugees and migrants. KEY IMPACTS, NEEDS AND RISKS . • There is an increasing need to scale up CBI assistance and to provide food and shelter support as the prolonged duration of the emergency heightens the economic and social vulnerabilities of refugees and migrants from Venezuela. Food insecurity, evictions and lack of affordable housing or shelter continue. RESPONSE . PREPAREDNESS Protection, Education and Shelter • The GTRM is working with the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MIMP) to ensure the continuity of virtual and distant case management for gender-based violence (GBV) and child protection cases. Agreements with hotels in Arequipa, Cusco, Lima Tacna and Tumbes were established for alternative accommodation of survivors of GBV and other vulnerable cases.

Nuestra preocupación al momento de elaborar este registro comienza por actualizar información que tenía data del año 1994, la cual no daba respuesta certera a las consultas que se tenían sobre un sector tan dinámico como el de producción de vid. Gracias a la coordinación realizada con la Asociación de Productores de Vid para Mesa, Piscos y Vinos de la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias, el Ministerio de Agricultura ha llevado adelante este censo que ofrece información relevante para los interesados en el tema y a quienes compete tomar decisiones respecto a inversiones o medidas facilitadoras de la actividad productiva.

B.1 Abstract The oldest structural features identified in the Cajamarca region of northern Peru are a series of low-angle thrust faults and near E-W trending folds in Cretaceous sedimentary rocks. The dominant faults in the deformed sedimentary rocks are NE- trending and likely to have developed contemporaneously with the early fold-thrust phase. A series of subvertical Miocene(?) normal faults are superimposed on these older structures. These range from NE- to NW-trending, plus minor near E-trending. Early to middle Miocene intrusive rocks are mostly located in the hanging wall of a regional- scale thrust and are spatially associated with secondary oblique structures. Structural investigations at mineralised porphyry systems reveal that the deposits are typically characterised by NNW fault-fracture trends and subordinate NE-trending structures. Two of the porphyry Cu complexes, Minas Conga and Michiquillay, contain N to NNW deposit-controlling fault-vein arrays that were influenced by tectonic stress. In contrast, the third mineralised porphyry, El Galeno, has both magmatic- and tectonic-controlled fracture arrays. NW deposit-controlling faults and an overall NE district trend characterise the late Miocene Yanacocha high-sulphidation Au district. NE-trending faults throughout the region display dextral movement, whereas NW faults have sinistral displacement. Both of these fault trends also show evidence of late vertical displacement. Structural investigations in the Cajamarca region suggest the location and formation of Miocene mineralised centres resulted from younger tectonic events superimposed on pre-existing structures.

The term describes not merely the specific move of individuals from one place to another, but also defines a process that has become a way of life which often influences whole populations and their living/working environment: places where the migrants live, places where they migrate to, the places that they pass through and the people they interact with. Some migration is short-term, mostly seasonal and over a short distance. This thesis is concerned with short-term and short distance migration in a region in the north of Chile, where people ‘migrate’ on a weekly basis between the cities of Tacna and Arica in Peru and Chile respectively. These migrants are referred to as international commuters. The term commuter is used because of their weekly journey across an international border. During the week the commuters work and live in Arica (Chile) and during the weekends they travel back to Tacna (Peru) to live with their families. For conducting this research I used the following research question Analysing the commuter group in the Peruvian-Chilean border region, in order to examine what social and economical influence their commuting has on the region and what impact the border has on their commuting behaviour.
