Description of first aid measures First-aid measures general : Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice (show the label where possible). IF exposed or concerned: Get medical advice/attention. First-aid measures after inhalation : Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. Allow victim to breathe fresh air. Allow the victim to rest. First-aid measures after skin contact : Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Wash skin with plenty of water. Take off contaminated clothing. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. First-aid measures after eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Obtain medical attention if pain, blinking or redness persists. Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures General measures : Clean up any spills as soon as possible, using an absorbent material to collect it. 6.1.1. For non-emergency personnel Protective equipment : Safety glasses. Gloves. Emergency procedures : Evacuate unnecessary personnel. Only qualified personnel equipped with suitable protective equipment may intervene. Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray. 6.1.2. For emergency responders Protective equipment : Do not attempt to take action without suitable protective equipment. Equip cleanup crew with proper protection. Wash hands and other exposed areas with mild soap and water before eating, drinking or smoking and when leaving work. Provide good ventilation in process area to prevent formation of vapor. Avoid breathing mist, vapors, spray. Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Take all necessary technical measures to avoid or minimize the release of the product on the workplace. Limit quantities of product at the minimum necessary for handling and limit the number of exposed workers. Provide local exhaust or general room ventilation. Wear personal protective equipment. Floors, walls and other surfaces in the hazard area must be cleaned regularly. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
