Results yielded some new insights over previous surveys – allowing us to focus on very actionable items. • Developed and implemented processes for Haas to recognize and develop critical talent needs for sustained organizational performance.

o Led one talent review for each major Haas business unit, focusing on preparation for the Annual Performance Review. Developed a framework, format and tool for these reviews in light of the current Haas organization and then conducted sessions for these groups: DAR, Finance, Instruction and Strategy & Operations.
