The following communication has been received from the delegation of Norway.
I have the honour to notify you that my Government has decided to include the following countries in the list of beneficiaries under Norway's Generalized System of Preferences, with effect from 1 May 1977: Angola, Cape Verde, Mozambique, and Sao Tom6 and Principe.
