Verkeersbesluit: N348 Dieren-Leuvenheim verleggen bromfietspad ZAAKNUMMER 2012-007202 , D.D . 8 MEI 2013 Gedeputeerde Staten van Gelderland nemen een verkeersbesluit op de N348 (Zutphensestraatweg, Arnhemsestraat) in de gemeenten Rheden en Brummen, omtrent het realiseren van een in twee rich- tingen te berijden (brom)fietspad aan de oostzijde van de weg tussen km 16,1 en km 19,1 en tussen km 20,1 en km 20,6 en het instellen van een inhaalverbod (uitgezonderd het inhalen van landbouwver- keer/brommobielen), zodat de verkeersveiligheid verbetert. Aanleiding De provinciale weg N348 verbindt Arnhem via Dieren, Leuvenheim, Brummen en Zutphen met de A1 bij Deventer. Tussen Dieren en Brummen is aan beide zijden van de weg een éénrichtingsfietspad aanwezig. Aan deze (brom)fietsvoorziening is in het Gelders fietsnetwerk een belangrijke utilitaire functie toegekend. Van de fietsvoorziening maakt enerzijds doorgaand fietsverkeer gebruik, van en naar het werk of van en naar school en anderzijds ontsluiten de voorzieningen de aanliggende erven. De (brom)fietspaden zijn in de huidige situatie deels vrijliggend en deels aanliggend gerealiseerd. Tussen Brummen en Leuvenheim en binnen de bebouwde kom van Leuvenheim zijn de fietsvoorzie- ningen gescheiden van de hoofdrijbaan gerealiseerd. Tussen Leuvenheim en Dieren en tussen Leuven- heim en Brummen is aan de oostzijde een vrijliggend fietspad aanwezig, gescheiden met de hoofdrijbaan door een grasberm en aan de westzijde is het fietspad aanliggend gerealiseerd, enkel gescheiden door middel van markering. Het aanliggende fietspad is aanwezig tussen km 17,0 en km 19,0. Tussen km 20,1 en 20,6 is aan de westzijde van de hoofdrijbaan een parallelweg aanwezig.

One part of the project is a mapping of cluster policies, cluster institutions and cluster programmes in European Countries. For each country, a separate report has been written. Oxford Research AS in Nor- way has been responsible for the mapping of cluster policies. Oxford Research has developed the structure of the mapping and prepared the final reports. Most of the work has however been done by research institutes or consultancies in the different countries. These organisations are members of “The European Network for Social and Economic Research – ENSR” or partners in the Europe INNOVA Cluster Mapping Project. De SP in Rheden De gemeentelijke politieke bewegingsruimte is niet los te koppelen van de landelijke en provinciale politiek. Ook de besluitvorming in 'Europa' grijpt steeds dieper in ons dagelijks leven in. De SP is mede daarom een landelijke partij die zowel op Europees niveau actief is, als op het provinciale en met name gemeentelijke politieke platform. Sinds haar oprichting als werkgroep eind 2002 werkt ook de SP afdeling Rheden (sept. 2003) aan een eerlijke en duurzame samenleving op grond van de drie basisprincipes uit het SP- beginselprogramma 'Heel de mens': menselijke waardigheid, gelijkwaardigheid en solidariteit. Op basis van deze principes concludeert de SP dat de neo-liberale politiek van de afgelopen 20 jaar voor veel mensen weliswaar materiële verbetering heeft gebracht, maar aan de andere kant voor te veel mensen een aanzienlijke verslechtering.

This programme involves two defragmentation scenarios: the first scenario connects the central part of the Veluwe with the IJssel river forelands in a north-eastern direction, while the second scenario is focused on defragmentation in a south-western direction, where the Rhine river forelands are located. The valuation is based on a questionnaire that was administered during face-to-face interviews in the Veluwe area and through the Internet.
