P SHERI L. BERTO CENTER O The Chicago Bulls broke ground for the Sheri L. Berto Center on Oct. 21, 1991, and less than a year later the finest facility of N O
S its kind was up and running. The building itself is as unique A
E and impressive as the individual whose name it bears. S 0 1 - Sheri L. Berto, who had been Bulls Chairman Jerry 9
0 Reinsdorf’s long-time assistant, was a favorite among every - one in the organization. On Nov. 23, 1991, the entire Bulls S
D organization experienced a great loss when Sheri passed R

R patient at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge.
S In her position as Mr. Reinsdorf’s assistant, Sheri had the D

A black patches on their jerseys in memory of Sheri. When the C I new training facility opened in September 1992, it was R O
