If an outbreak is reported, a Bedworth United Welfare official will directly contact the team manager, who can then contact his or her own players and family members, to adhere to government guidance. This reduces the need for multiple people to share a pen/clipboard and fill in their details.  Please use common sense in the clubhouse whilst using the toilets and attempt to maintain social distancing during use of indoor areas.  The Clubhouse will be open - can all signage be adhered to, and where possible, payment by card.  No dogs allowed at the facility.

We advise all attending to wear a facemask until they have reached the space set out for them on or around the pitch. Please take all rubbish away with you when you leave.  At Western Bypass (Home) games, Lichfield Lions Teams, officials and spectators shall be on the side of the pitch next to the car park. The Away Teams, officials and spectators are asked to go straight to the opposite side of the pitch upon arrival and remain there until post game where they are asked to return direct to their car, proceeding around the outside of the pitch.  Players personal equipment such as bags, hold-alls, drinks bottles, clothing etc should be placed next to their management space.  There are no changing or toilet facilities at the site.  All venues are public sites so we cannot limit numbers on site and there is not a one way system  For those involved in watching matches social distancing of 1 metre plus must be adhered to – 1 spectator per player.  Players are not to arrive any earlier than 45 minutes before kick off  Spectators will be expected to socially distance (minimum 1 metre) and spectators for the different teams will be allocated areas away from each area. Coloured cones will be used to identify where each teams spectators must stand (eg home team by red cones, away team by yellow cones), these will replace respect barriers in order to reduce touch points  Each manager has appropriate PPE if close contact with a player is needed.  There will be no toilet facilities available on site  Each team will keep a record of players attending and who is accompanying them, however as all sites are public sites recording names of all people at the venue is not possible  If a player or spectator reports a case of COVID, the manager will inform the CWO and COVID officer and arrangements will be made to inform all other parties that have possibly been affected.  Following the conclusion of games all players and spectators will be required to leave immediately and not gather in groups except for a brief team review which will follow social distancing guidelines  A risk assessment has been carried out for each venue and shared with the other stakeholders such as local councils and Ministry of Defence
