BY-LAW CHANGE: After much discussion at the Members Only Meeting on Monday, November 23rd, it was unanimously approved to amend Article II Section 1 of the Norfolk Sports Club by-laws to read:

Section 1. To provide pleasure and recreation to its members by holding a minimum of 24 functions; and, golf out- ings per year to include, meetings in which speakers on sports or sports related topics may appear, and other social and recreational events; and to provide a civic organization which provides the manpower needed by the Norfolk Sports Club Scholarship Foundation, the Norfolk Sports Club Charitable and Educational Foundation and other unaf- filiated charitable, educational, or civic organizations.
