She will address the many challenges facing the Environmental Protection Agencies and in particular discuss their independence and strategies when subjected to adverse policy. She will focus in particular on the Assault on Science as a key ingredient in a policy designed to undo environmental regulation. She will focus on environmental economics as a discipline at the frontier of the ideological battle over environmental management.
