LIFE MEMBERS (Women) Mesdames R Martin, T McDonald, P Quickenden, P Carrick PRESIDENTS REPORT It is my pleasure to present the 116th Annual Report of the Sydenham Cricket Club. The 10/11 season has indeed been a harrowing one. We in Canterbury have been part of a once in 500 year event—a series of major earthquakes in September , December, February, and then June—with 1000’s of aftershocks in between. These events have affected us all, through tragic loss of life of loved ones, friends, and even a cricket club member. Our thoughts and sympathies have already been expressed to the family of Normand Lee. All of us have suffered damage to some degree with our homes, businesses, and jobs.
