Logging roads extend northward from Highway 16, on the east side of the Skeena River, to within 5km of the western boundary of the property. The property consists of 1 claim covering an area of 164.89ha (9 cells), on the south flank of Thomlinson Peak. Mount Thomlinson, (Minfile 093M 080) is the closest documented developed prospect. Historic, non-compliant, resources (Measured, Indicated and Inferred) are 40.82 million tonnes grading 0.071% Mo (0.12% MoS2). The Mount Thomlinson property was initially staked by prospectors in 1962 and has undergone numerous exploration programs including trenching and drilling. Mineralization trends 030° along the northwest margin of a 1400m diameter, Eocene quartz-monzonite Babine intrusion. The zone is roughly 100m wide and 900m long. The small stock is situated immediately north of a large, Late Cretaceous Bulkley Plutonic Suite Intrusion which underlies the Mount Thomlinson peak 4km to the south. The Thomlinson South property lies a further 4km south near the southern margin of the Bulkley intrusion. The property overlies middle-Jurassic to Late Cretaceous Bowser Lake Group sediments. A smaller stock is located 4km to the east of the property suggesting that a suspected porphyry system is located fairly shallow beneath the sedimentary cover. Stream sediment values from creeks draining the Thomlinson South area are significantly enhanced when compared to the Mount Thomlinson and Thomlinson Creek occurrences. Base metals (copper and molybdenum), gold and associated elements such as arsenic are generally between three and six times the values associated with the known zones of mineralization. The Thomlinson South property covers the suspected source of highly anomalous stream sediment values from Government RGS surveys. The claims that are subject to this report are 100% owned by K. Galambos. The area has no documented exploration history. Initial exploration in the form of prospecting, geological, geophysical and geochemical surveys is warranted to determine the source of the significant RGS anomalies present draining the area of the property. Item 2: Introduction This report is being prepared for Ken Galambos for the purposes of filing assessment on the claims comprising the Thomlinson South property and to create a base from which further exploration will be completed. 2.1 Qualified Person and Participating Personnel Mr. Kenneth D. Galambos P.Eng. conducted the current evaluation and interpretation of data to focus further exploration expected to be completed in the summer of 2014, and to make recommendations to test the economic potential of the area. -1- Progress Report - Thomlinson South Project 19-March-2014 This report describes the property in accordance with the guidelines specified in National Instrument 43-101 and is based on historical information. 2.2 Terms, Definitions and Units All costs contained in this report are denominated in Canadian dollars. Distances are primarily reported in metres (m) and kilometers (km) and in feet (ft) when reporting historical data. GPS refers to global positioning system. Minfile showing refers to documented mineral occurrences on file with the British Columbia Geological Survey. The term ppm refers to parts per million, equivalent to grams per metric tonne (g/t). ppb refers to parts per billion. The abbreviation oz/t refers to troy ounces per imperial short ton. The symbol % refers to weight percent unless otherwise stated. 1% is equivalent to 10,000ppm. Elemental and mineral abbreviations used in this report include: arsenic (As), copper (Cu), gold (Au), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), molybdenum (Mo), zinc (Zn), chalcopyrite (Cpy), molybdenite (MoS2) and pyrite (Py). 2.3 Source Documents Sources of information are detailed below and include the available public domain information and private company data. Holland 1976 FOREWORD British Columbia has more variety in its climate and scenery than any other Province of Canada. The mildness and wetness of the southern coast is in sharp contrast with the extreme dryness of the desert areas in the interior and the harshness of subarctic conditions in the northernmost parts. Moreover, in every part, climate and vegetation vary with altitude and to a lesser extent with configuration of the land. Although the Province includes almost a thousand-mile length of one of the world’s greatest mountain chains, that which borders the north Pacitic Ocean, it is not all mountainous but contains a variety of lowlands and intermontane areas. Because of the abundance of mountains, and because of its short history of settlement, a good deal of British Columbia is almost uninhabited and almost unknown. However, the concept of accessibility has changed profoundly in the past 20 years, owing largely to the use of aircraft and particularly the helicopter. There is now complete coverage by air photography, and by far the largest part of the Province has been mapped topographically and geologically. In the same period of time the highways have been very greatly improved, and the secondary roads are much more numerous. The averagecitizen is much more aware of his Province, but, although knowledge has greatly improved with access,many misconceptions remain on the part of the general public as to the precise meaning even of such names as Cascade Mountains, Fraser Plateau, and many others.

Evans, Geological Survey of Canada, Ottawa, Ont. ABSTRACT The Bulkley and Babine Ranges of the Hazelton-Skeena Mountains, west-central British Columbia, have experienced three recent large catastrophic rock avalanches: Howson, 19 September 1999; Zymoetz, 8 June 2002; Harold Price, 22 or 23 June 2002. These landslides are large relative to contemporary landslides, although many large prehistoric landslides are evident within the Hazelton-Skeena Mountains. The recent landslides may be a result of climate change. Climate warming has resulted in: a pronounced thinning and recession of mountain glaciers causing debutressing of unstable rock slopes; possible degradation of mountain permafrost; and, an apparent increase in precipitation (rain and snow) over the past few years. Large rock avalanches place utilities and transportation routes in the mountain valleys at a significant risk. In addition, risks are increased to forest workers and recreation users in the valleys. The tremendous down valley travel distance of these landslides suggest some communities may also be at risk. RESUME Les chaînes Bulkley et Babine situées dans les montagnes Hazelton-Skeena, au centre-ouest de la Colombie- Britannique ont récemment éprouvé trois grandes avalanches rocheuses catastrophiques, soient à Howson, le 19 002 et à Harold Price, le 22 ou 23 juin, 2002. On considère que ces glissements de terrain sont plus importants que d’autres avalanches rocheuses contemporaines.
