Bulgaria With regard to the spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19 (COVID-19) in Italy, particularly in northern Italy, we recommend that Bulgarian citizens residing or travelling in Italy should travel only as a last resort to areas where the infection is established. We also recommend that our compatriots refrain from attending public events, avoid overcrowded places and respect safety measures such as wearing a protective medical mask, maintaining personal hygiene and direct contact with foreigners. Czech Republic On 3 February 2020, the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic issued a protective measure banning all direct flights from China to all international airports in the Czech Republic from Sunday 9 February 2020 until further notice. 27.2.2020 Czech Airlines has suspended direct flights Prague - Seoul until further notice. On the basis of the decision of the State Security Council, the MFA recommends that citizens of the Czech Republic should not travel to the regions of Lombardy and Veneto. 6 For Italy: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises the citizens of the Czech Republic not to travel to the region of Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Piedmont for the time it takes to resolve the health situation. On 2 March 2020, the National Security Council decided to suspend flights from the Italian cities of Milan, Venice, Bologna and Bergamo as part of the adoption of measures against the spread of the coronavirus.
