Rule 40-12-4-.01. Limitations on Noxious Weed Seeds It is unlawful to sell, offer for sale, or expose for sale, any agricultural or vegetable seed for planting purposes in this State if the noxious weed seeds per pound of pure seed is in excess of the following limitations: (a) Prohibited Noxious Weed Seeds.
