Mosterton Pre-School
We are a friendly group who operate from a purpose built preschool, in the grounds of Parrett & Axe CE VA Primary School. We have a welcoming atmosphere from adults and children. We encourage child initiated play and independence. The children help to prepare and cook their snack. All our staff hold suitable child care qualifications. We run an optional lunch club everyday where the children can eat their packed lunch. We welcome all children and parents into our wonderful preschool. We are a charity which is run by a committee.

Provision has an inclusion / equal opportunities policy. Parents can claim 30 hour funding if eligible, and we are able to offer 30 hours childcare per week.

Accessibility Wheelchair We have ground floor wheelchair access and all exterior accessible exits are wheelchair accessible. There are ramps leading out to the garden area. All doors are wide and extend open further if needed. Parking availability No on-site parking facilities, however the building is easily information accessible from the road. Toilet facility All toilets are ground level and wheelchair accessible with information wide door frames to be able to enter. There is one disabled toilet in the main entrance though with handrail and emergency cord. Other Facilities Work with family to meet the needs of the individual. Zoned areas.
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Local Offer Support for At Mosterton Preschool we have a named, trained children and SENDCO. In the past we have supported children with a young people with wide range of SEND’s, including Autism and Speech & SEN and Language difficulties. We have excellent links with our disabilities local Portage team and local Health Visitors and are able to make referrals to all necessary link professionals. We build a package of SEND support based on the individual needs of the child. Our newly purpose-built pre-school is fully accessible, with easy access to our outdoor area. As a small, friendly preschool we are happy to discuss your child’s individual needs in more detail.
