AS A SPORT PSYCHOLOGIST At Present: In preparation of Profile for Indian Athletes in Various Sport at various Stages More specifically from “Track and Field Athletes” and in the area of “Mental Toughness” aspect. Have conducted lots of workshop in Sport Psychology especially in the area of “Psychological Skill Training (PST)” and “Mental Training” for Performance Enhancement; have rendered personal help to many athletes and trained young students regarding collecting information and analyzing, also provided information to a few 1 coaches. Provided support across 10 different sports to more than 1,000 national and a few international athletes.

AWARDS AND HONOURS  Awarded “xkyo mRd`"V [ksy jRu lEeku” for Best Sport Administrator on National Sports Day 29 August, 2014, by Jiwaji Club and Gwalior Amateur Olympic Association, Gwalior (MP)  LOC Scholarship Recipient in 2008 International Convention on Science, Education and Medicine in Sport Held at Guangzhou, China,1-4th August 2008, selected by ICC and Chinese Sport Society.  Fellowship Award in Sport Psychology for 2006; of Sport Psychology Association of India  Approved Guide for Ph.D. scholars of University of Kerala, Trivandrum, and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India.  DEAN, Faculty of Physical Education, University of Kerala, Trivadrum  Recipient of the Scholarship of Govt. of India for the year 1985-86, under the scheme for promotion of Sports and Physical Education amongst Women doing M.Phil.  Gold Medal of Master of Arts (PE) 1985 for obtaining First Rank of Jiwaji University, Gwalior, M.P.  Merit Scholarship, 1983-85, L.N.C.P.E., Gwalior, India.  State Award (Cash, 1982) for obtaining highest percentage of marks in Bachelor of Physical Education Examination, Karnataka University.  Best Student Award, 1982 Beynon-smith College of Physical Education, Belgaum, Karnataka, India.  Awarded the honour of ‘Shri Khetrashri’ for being Best All Rounder in Puri, Orissa, India 1981.

More than 50 research papers have been presented and 20 have been published in reputed Journals.
